A little bit of a wait for someone to appear from the back, asked the gas station clerk if someone was back there, he went back and notified the worker and he came right out and apologized promptly and explained that he was doing dishes. No harm no foul. Very polite and had some decent small talk while he was making my breakfast sandwich. He was meticulous and wiped down surfaces before my food touched them. Left a tip! Only suggestion would be maybe a service bell so the employees could hear that a customer is up front. Overall though a wonderful experience

I went in to order a sandwich and I saw one person in the doorway talking to someone in the back. She turned and coughing into her hand she saw me. Came out didn't wash her hands but put gloves on. I was so disappointed in the service I got. I did eat my chips. I want eat after her fixing a sandwich.

Ordered and paid ahead on their website the other night only to get there (which is a 20 trip for me) none of the employees showed up for work but yet their sign clearly says they are OPEN. So now I have wasted $30 on food that I NEVER GOT. This is ridiculous.

They wouldn't give me double meat or cheese even though it says you can on the sign then she tell me it will cost extra I said that's fine and she still didn't give it to me because she didn't want to do the extra work and the sandwich lacked flavor save your money go somewhere else

I ordered a Chipotle steak and cheddar. I had a feeling about this place, but I went against my instincts. I should have known something was wrong as soon as I paid and was walking to DQ, all of the employees at the counter started laughing. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and I shouldn't have. When I returned to my truck, I ate half of the sandwich and became violently ill. I will never ever eat there again. Now I see why most of their franchises have closed over the years.
Best place for subs! But this kids on the job don’t know costumer service.

Where do I start?
I ordered online then waited about 10 minutes to go to the counter and get it, because that's what the website said to do. There was a girl prepping some chicken and that was it. The other person must've been on a break or something because he popped up later. When I went up to the counter to get my food, she hadn't even started on it yet. I tell her I'm there for my order and she starts working on it. She also told me that several of the ingredients for my sandwich aren't available, so I had to change it up to work with what they had. While she was making my order, and while she was previously prepping chicken, she coughed a good 20+ times. If she had turned her head and coughed into her shoulder or elbow It wouldn't care quite so much, but this lady was just flipping her hand over, coughing into the back of it, then getting right back to making the food. She never even looked away from it while doing this.
The restaurant area was a fair bit dirty and in need of a good cleaning. Just about all of the tables had bits of food, dried sauce, residue from drinks etc.
The prep area behind the counter had little bits of food all over the place and the whole dining area was uncomfortably warm. Thanks to the warmth and everything being dirty, there were a lot of flies and gnats buzzing around.
Needless to say, I probably won't order from this location again.

Ordered a French dip. Didn't realize there wasn't any au just until I got clear out to my truck. Had to ask for mushrooms, even though it was part of the recipe. The associate was more interested into her/his coworker than preparing my meal!!!
