I ordered online. I got a call 10 minutes later from a private number saying they had nothing I ordered in the store. I asked for a refund I had to drive 22 miles to get cash. They have 3 choices in sandwiches no soups and one salad. I called before I ordered the number from the website,the cashier said they didn't have a phone. Sad I got nothing.

An Extremely heavy set Caucasian woman wit hair on her arms had a nasty attitude from the moment of approach, & did not care to correctly do his/her job and as he /she was making my sub I had to get a refund because of how poorly my sub was made, then they shorted me 2 dollars on my refund so I had to go back to teach them some quick math & then I went to Dairy Queen instead 12/12/23 @ 3:30pm

The employees do not care about the customers. I waited over 5 minutes and there were 3 employees. 2 employees made eye contact with me, then carried on their conversation. The 3rd employee finally acknowledged me, after spending 5 minutes at the register just making small talk with a regular customer. By the time I got to make my order, she said “We’re out of chicken oh well.” She was cocky and rude. I told them that’s why Quiznos is going out of business. They wasted my time. The place got an “A” rating on their health inspection but I’m not sure how. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Stay away!

They have a 75 health score which I didn't know was possible. I had ordered a 12 inch sub on the app and didn't event get what I ordered. That was $12 that went right in thr trash. Bread looked old, meat looked disgusting, do yourself a favor and don't go here.
First things first, I guess I’ll address the elephant in the room. How do they get by with a sanitation grade of a C, 75.5?? Well, I asked what was up with the grade and was told it was because of DQ, which was the same grade, 75.5. How can you possibly be graded on establishments cleanliness? I can only think it’s from a lack of management in both restaurants. If I were manager there, that grade would not be permitted at all!Secondly, when I asked about the total filth in the ladies room, only one toilet was usable (the rest were full of toilet paper and piss), everyone at that truck stop pointed the finger at the fuel desk. Hopefully, I got the point to the correct person to get that taken care of. There is absolutely no pride in that whole building. Even with a little effort it would be better. SMH

This is the slowest place ever! One lady takes forever to make those sandwiches, waited 15 minutes in line to leave with nothing cuz I couldn’t wait anymore! There was only one person in front of me! ONE! 15 minutes per customer, maybe even more cuz I didn’t stay to check how much longer she would take to make one order!

Hours are not correct. Online Orders are able to go through but they are closed way way way earlier than posted 3am. [Edit] Decided to go back few hours (7 hours) after and got my sandwich situated, the employee’s at Quiznos are nice but the ones that work that the gas station are mean.Parking: Messy

This is inside a truck stop, so the atmosphere is as expected for the location. Currently has a lot of construction on adjacent roads so access can be challenging or confusing. Wait staff was not overly attentive and somewhat distracted. Had to repeat requests and give reminders and still didn't end up with exactly what we were wanting. Little communication between the two people behind the counter so information provided to the first had to be repeated to the second. The quality of the food was good and we still love the broccoli and cheese soup. The veggie wrap is excellent when requested with the sautéed peppers & onions. The chef salad was very good and a fair portion.Vegetarian options: Veggie wrap is flexible and provides a filling meal.
