I normally have a great experience at this location and genuinely love coming here—the staff is always friendly and helpful. But this is the second time I’ve asked for light ice and still received a drink that’s mostly ice. It’s super frustrating when you’re looking forward to your coffee and end up with barely any actual drink. Please go easy on the ice —it really does make a difference!

I talked to ELENA. She was awesome. very nice and courteous! She was knowledgeable and very fast. I was undecided about what side I wanted but she was able to tell me the venti wasn’t a huge price difference from the grande so I was like yeah give me the big one. She Gave excellent customer service and super kind. I told her I wanted a pup cup for my dog and she was very gracious and understood my love for animals. I’ve come there before and have seen her working hard and being so friendly to everyone. Always smiling and polite. I know that’s a fast pace company and they want their employees to be on the ball constantly but she is always a good face to see when I walk in. Many don’t be smiling and she always is. Very unforgettable. She joked with me someone else before me ordered the same drink. I joked back they’re copy cats haha. And The guy who made my drink made a mistake but I wasn’t pressed about it because her service made it worth it. Shout out to him he was good too! I’ve worked customer service for a decade and a half and THATS how it’s done. Will definitely be returning. Thank you Elena!

Went in to grab a drink and use the restroom on a long drive, neither stall had toilet paper, no seat covers, there were no paper towels and no soap or hand sanitizer. Sign on the door states for customer use only, which shows how much they don’t appreciate their customers if you cannot provide a supplied bathroom. Clearly the staff must have their own restroom and don’t check these and aren’t prompted to check them by management.

I’m leaving this review because something needs to be said about the service at this Starbucks. I’m not sure if it’s a staff shortage or what it is, but you can not go here and wait less than 20 minutes for your coffee at any given time. Multiple times through the day they turn off the ability to place orders online or through DoorDash, so you have to go to the store. Multiple times a month when you get to the store there will be a sign that says the store is closed but the drive through is open, and you will be stuck in the line for at least thirty minutes. Usually when this happens by the time you get to the window to get your drink everyone inside is so ill from the line that you don’t want to mention it they didn’t get something correct on your order.
I will say though that the staff who works before 8:30 always has the building moving smoothly. So if you want to be in and out, get your coffee around 7am.

This is a great place to read, catch up on social media and have a great macchiato. The customer service is just fine in the mornings. If the sun is shining I usually sit outside and watch the traffic.
