Ordered online and my sandwiches did not get toasted and they also forgot the sauce and three toppinga.
Me and my daughter visit this Subway regularly and usually have no problem with the usual employees but today we were not even greeted. We weren’t even looked in the eye. You would think we were invisible, literally. I mean not even an, “Hello”, not a “we’ll be with you in a moment we’re currently trying to fulfill an online order” Nothing! So if you want to come to this Subway make sure you do an online order and not go in person cause you will not be acknowledged at all!!! Unreal!!!
Hi, I’m the girl with the blonde and brown hair and a black hoodie. I came in around 4:20 on March 4th, 2025. The two ladies were amazing and food was super good. I’m sorry if I came off as rude or anything, I thought y’all were amazing and I just get nervous around people and I really wanted to tip ya’ll but I genuinely didn’t have the money on me at the time. Super amazing service and food and don’t worry, your English was very good.
My husband and I visited this particular subway on 3/2/25 As a business owner and a manager of a fast food establishment for 14 years I’ve never had a situation in my life that couldn’t be resolved my husband and I order 2 foot long cold cut subs Combo. I also asked for a cup of the broccoli and cheddar soup was told by a young lady that they were out. No problem!! But suggested that the subway at Walmart had the soup so I said we can go there provided that my daughter is a co manager at Walmart, she said we have a special of the week so that’s is what we purchased. Once we got in our vehicle my bread was so hard. I felt his bread we did get 2 different kinds of bread but my bread was absolutely to hard I went back in and ask the young lady could she make an another sandwiched with a softer bread. She said she couldn’t not do that !! She said I can’t give money back I never ask for money back .Im a business owner and I’ve made a post about this situation sometimes it’s best to try to resolve the situation because I have a large following on fb with over 9000 followers. Next I’m doing a google review. I only asked for a fresh sandwich. My motto is I aim to please !! Sometimes as a business owner you take a lost but we really know it is not a lost to keep customers
My daughter never finishes her food
We got the subs yesterday
So today, she went to eat the rest of it and there was a toothpick in the meatball
Called this location and was told they don't have toothpicks on premises
We don't have them at home either so it came from somewhere
She said she would talk to the evening shift and see
Didn't get my contact information. All I got was "I'm sorry about that"
What if my daughter had swallowed the toothpick? Then what?
This is the subway I normally go to so I hate this happened.

Please tell me I’m not the only person who’s witnessed this younger fella behind the counter… scratching his head like he’s in need of some head & shoulders… no hat/hair-net on…. right at the counter top where they are prepping almost everything that goes out of there……… ??
Witnessed this twice, first time was roughly a month ago, after they had begun to prepare my order. This time I was in line (thankfully), and legit thought I was having deja vu when I saw it tonight cause it was literally same exact scenario, YUCK!!

I stopped by this particular location but been warned by other people in the shopping plaza to go elsewhere.I chose to go here because I was hungry.As i waited to place my order I watched two women behind the counter carefully placing meat on the bread.They looked like they were decking cards more than making a good sandwich.What turned me off was the small portion of meat they placed on the bread.I've seen this display from other subways where they dont care how they make a sandwich.There were two older women working behind the counter and neither one of them smiled.Finally one says to me ,"What do you want"?In a real attitude voice." Nothing right now, I said ."I.looked around and took a bottle water from the display case of cold drinks.First she said $1.05Then $ 1.25..then finally she said ,$1.65.I was discusted at that point.Paid for the water and walked out.I went back into Ollie's and seen some of the customers who warned me about this place and said to them,"You were so right, I'll never go back in that place again!"
Family member loves this place. Always his first choice for Philly cheese steak.

Let me start off by saying that Minnie was the perfect sandwich maker and the nicest one in this establishment. I don't appreciate the attutude from the short old lady...We spent $32 dollars for two lunches....it has been a long time since we have been in this restaurant and it took us a while to get our bearings...I FELT RUSHED!!!A little advice, you never know who you are serving, so just be kind...especially when people are spending money at your restaurant!!! The cleanliness of the restaurant could be better...we had to clean off our table ourselves...the window border was filthy. the floor should have been cleaner. I don't think we will be patronizing this establishment any time soon....Thank you again Minnie for being kind, and being the best sandwich maker ever at Subway!!!

This Subway is deteriorating. Don't bother ordering online. On one occasion they forgot the lettuce. Skinny sandwich. On another occasion the sandwich was so thin it looked sickly. I'm staying away. I don't want strike 3.
