Same price for kids apparently. I called and the girl didn’t know??!

I arrived at 8:50 which is 10 min before they’re supposed to close and they had everything taken apart. I get that it’s close to closing time and the employees want to go home but I should still be able to be served since the store is still open. I’ve worked in the service industry and we were not even allowed to start taking machines apart until closing time since there was the potential that customers could still come in.

But the frozen yogurt is still really good.

Employees are lazy and rude

I really enjoy going to this location: however, there are alot of times when we visit there are more flavors out than available. Luckily for me I love chocolate and it was available. Today I think there was only about 4 flavors available. Also could work on cleaning tables when not busy. With the weather getting warmer, I would definitely try to improve the availability of flavors.

I hate leaving bad reviews, but I hope this one makes a positive difference to whoever may own or manage this sweetFrog.
We are regulars, and have been for about a year now. I'm talking twice to three times a week sometimes, but at least weekly nonetheless. So I put quite a bit of money into this place.
There is no consistency to the flavors in this store, and sometimes the toppings seem like they haven't been rotated in days. The place could really use a good scrub, terrified to know what the Back of House looks like here.

The employees are.. not lively people. I've spent enough time standing waiting to check out that I could have eaten my whole cup and walked out if I was like that.
I tipped 20% in the beginning, and slowly backed away from tipping at all.
Today though, I waited to check out and then after sitting to eat.. some scrappy looking fella comes out from the back, eating something, and 30 min later we're getting in the car and he's still chilling in his. Basically waiting for everyone to leave so he can go back in.
This place should really be doing better business than they are.

So clean! So delicious! We will be back! Love the outdoor rocking chair area!

I took my little ones, and they loved the frozen yogurt. But there was no playground equipment. Parents look for kid friendly atmospheres when they have small children.

7/12/2024: This self-serve frozen yogurt shop allows you to build your own creation with lots of available toppings. You simply pay by the weight. I enjoyed pomberry cheesecake yogurt topped with blackberries, coconut, and slivered almonds. My daughter enjoyed vanilla and cake batter yogurt topped with mini M&Ms, chocolate chip cookie dough pieces, and other toppings. The shop could be cleaner inside. We enjoyed our yogurt while sitting outside in rocking chairs

Absolutely fabulous! They had amazing flavors! The interior is decorated with beautiful lights! All
Of the toppings were neat and organized and super clean!! All of the tables were clean! We sat outside and it was ALSO super clean. There were plenty of trash cans for trash. No bees. No bugs. The babies loved the new minion flavor!! The ice cream handles are perfect high for kids to help themselves!! We will be back! The coconut was amazingggg!!

Really cute spot and the server inside was incredibly kind and helpful, however the prices are OUTRAGEOUS and unfortunately, $19 for one bowl of yogurt w toppings is out of the question for this single Mama. I had no idea it would be that much and perhaps it's on me for not realizing but oh well, chalk it up to a lesson learned. If you have the cash to spare, it's clean, cute and friendly, although they didn't have the ONE flavor I wanted which was the traditional plain, but I'm kinda glad bc I'd have probably left broke...lol!!!!

Updated to respond to the response from Sweet Frog... I am positive this is the location we went to and only stating what our experience was when we went there. If the machines were working and if the employees cared for our business we would have stayed.Original Review:Looked like a nice building, but unfortunately most of their machines were broken (with no signage to say they were out of order) and employees did not seem to care. They were having too much fun talking to each other and said those machines have been broken for a while. They laughed when we decided to just leave since they had no choices.
