Updated to respond to the response from Sweet Frog... I am positive this is the location we went to and only stating what our experience was when we went there. If the machines were working and if the employees cared for our business we would have stayed.Original Review:Looked like a nice building, but unfortunately most of their machines were broken (with no signage to say they were out of order) and employees did not seem to care. They were having too much fun talking to each other and said those machines have been broken for a while. They laughed when we decided to just leave since they had no choices.

First off, my family loves Sweet Frog, and this was the first time we have ever been to this one last night. They didn’t have some of the flavors, there were no dividers for your cups, no sample cups, no waffle cones for topping, and out of some candy bar toppings. They also weren’t the friendliest. Maybe it was an off night, but it was a disappointment.

Agreed with review below. There was a super strong smell of cleaner and some of the Machines were down. Service wasn’t that great besides the welcome when you walk in.

My experience was horrible!!! I’ve been to this place plenty of times as being my hometown and I was never treated the way I was like lastnight. We walked in on Sunday night around 8:45 still 15 minutes till closing. When I say we it was myself , my PREGNANT cousin and my sister and my little nephew. We all got a cup and started serving ourselves when my cousin approached the servings she wanted some marshmallows and the older lady with a pink shirt was currently cleaning , & my cousin approached the lady in a nice way and asked “ excuse me am I able to get marshmallows?” The older lady looked at us and SLAMMED the tool she had on her hand and started mumbling things walking to the back to get a scooper. When I say she was MAD SHE WAS MAD. When the metal piece was slammed my nephew started to freak out of how scared he got with the bang. At that moment no matter what time it is a customer should always be treated the same even if we were the last customers. Perhaps there was a couple in front of us and they won’t treated the same way we were. Coming from a place like this is unacceptable. I want a refund of all our cups!! We won’t even allowed to get any more servings because the lady was upset. Oh and we waited about 5 minutes to get checked out luckily we didn’t walk out and leave the cups there. If the lady doesn’t like her job she is at the wrong place…
