There isn't much guaranteed in life, but I can guaranteed you that if you order through the drive-thru here they will not put half your order in the bag!
Really can't grade taste of food it was hot alot of it the $7 box. It was for a homeless man who told me he didn't want any money he was just so hungry. I asked him what he wanted he said a $7box from taco bell I told him I really couldn't afford it but I could get him a few tacos he was happy with that. I was talking to my son on phone he said mama get it for him I'll help pay. So I got him $7 box he was so appreciative of it. The food did smell good the cashier was very friendly
Woman at the drive-through today has an attitude problem. She should probably be moved to the back in the prep area if she’s going to have an attitude with customers. Or be retrained.

I will always say to go during the afternoon not the evening . They are starting to get better workers for the evening time but your best bet is to go during lunch time

5 people setting around waiting for food and worker standing behind counter drinking a drink and on his cell phone. He could not take anyone order we had to use the kiosk. He said they are to busy! Never stop here again!

I’ve been to this Taco Bell dozens of times throughout my life and have always had good experiences here. I wanted to write a positive review about our experience last night. My mom wanted Diet Pepsi, but the Diet Pepsi from the fountain in the lobby wasn’t tasting right. The manager on duty, Cathleen, went above and beyond to make sure my mom got her Diet Pepsi! Once she got the Diet Pepsi in the kitchen working, she brought out a free large Diet Pepsi for my mom. We also talked with Cat for a while after our meal, and she is such an amazing young lady. I can tell she cares a lot about her job, the customers, and her workers! We’ll be coming back to this location soon!

I went through the drive thru on my lunch and ordered two taco supremes and the limited edition nacho box I ordered chicken and wanted beef but I didn’t realized that I messed up my own order until I got my food and parked in the parking lot when I went back inside with the food and my receipt I asked for the manager and explained to her what I did wrong and even apologized to her as well and just wanted her to remake the box for me I wasn’t coming in upset or asking for a refund because it was my mess up I just wanted the box to be remade because I don’t eat the chicken from Taco Bell … instead she just stares me down and says only how she will remake my food again is if I buy the meal over again and I let her know I never heard of that before so I have to reorder my food again get charged again for the same thing I’m bringing back to you with proof I bought it and apologizing because again I messed up I just never heard that before… she never even gave me back my receipt with proof of the refund and she had everyone staring at me as if I’m such a problem to her because i messed up my own order and just wanted it to be fixed because i messed up …. Crazy thing is my mother is a GM Of a Taco Bell in charlotte and my aunt works for the one in Dunn nc … I don’t get why the attitude and everything is for when I literally brought the older lady the food and proof … I would like to be contacted by the district manger !

That seems like a very nice place. One of the things that I really liked about it is there are several tables outside in the grass for you to eat almost like a rest stop feel. Worth checking out if you're on a long drive

I ordered food through the Taco Bell app. Upon delivery, we were missing some food and all of our drinks. This order total was $60 worth initially. When calling Taco Bell, they told me that I needed to contact DoorDash Because even though I ordered it through their app and they got the proceeds, DoorDash were the ones that delivered it. When contacting DoorDash, they told us they couldn’t do anything about it, That I would have to call the Taco Bell 800 number to speak with somebody about getting re-delivery or a refund. The woman from DoorDash stated that they did not make any proceeds other than the delivery fee and this is why I would have to call the Taco Bell number. Now, the only reason I did not go out in public to get my own food was because I tested positive for COVID-19 yesterday. After calling the Taco Bell 800 number as directed, anfter one ring an automatic message started stating that they were closed until Monday. I called the Taco Bell location explain to them the situation. The option I was presented was in order to get my items that were missed, I would have to drive all the way To Taco Bell to get the items. I will be calling Taco Bell to get a refund hopefully Monday. Unfortunately, even through drive-through, this is not the first time that items have been missing. Although the drinks were missing due to the driver forgetting them, the items in the bag were completely on Taco Bell. I would also like to add the quesadilla was completely smashed into a bundled mess because it was put in the bag sideways while hot squishing the quesadilla in a pile of mess. Lesson learned, avoid this location.
