Domino's Pizza

I have always gotten pretty good service from here. They have always gotten my order correct and delivered on time with no problems. They have been a lot help considering they are the only food place that delivers out here in the sticks.

Terrible. It took more than an hour and a half for the delivery, the pizza was cold and hard. They didn't send the dipping sauce. Then when we called to get our food remade they put my husband on hold for more than 10 minutes. Worse service.

Found this in my wing ! I cannot believe . When I call back I hear the workers laughing on the phone and hung the phone up. Didn’t even offer me a refund ! Or a simple apology…NEVER again horrible service

I’ve ordered from this domino’s ever since I was little and they’ve always done great. My only complaint is that sometimes it’s a bit slower on the delivery but they make up for it with the quality of the food. It’s always hot, I’ve never found anything in my food. This is for sure my favorite domino’s.

My teens placed an order 2 large pizzas & 8 piece wings $51 they don’t give you the discount it tells you they are running unless you ask for it.. why have a promotion if your not going to apply it to every order that qualifies for it.. shady way to do business

Assistant manager is rude & unprofessional. Lied about his name & hung up on me when asking about my order.

Here I am again a year later complaining about customer service. Can someone from Dominos explain to me why a customer who has made an online order, received a text order that it is ready and arrives at the store to be asked my name and told order was ready someone would be right with me. There appears to be a problem with the staff not understanding their priority. A sold pizza or product is your highest priority especially if the customer is standing at the front counter waiting for their order which you already show to be ready. I have been a customer of Dominos since 1977 and the Robbins store is by far the worst experiences I have ever had with Dominos. I can fix this! There is a simple solution. DON'T BUY FROM DOMINOS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Every time I order, I'm told the delivery was successful and I go to pick it up and it's not there, and I'm having to wait another half an hour just for my food to arrive

I am not happy with the unprofessional service at the robbins location but I will say that Luke the store owner contacted me immediately after I emailed a complaint and was very professional and respectful. My respects for Luke!
