Place has gone down hill recently. Major shift in quality of food. It used to taste like your standard burger place. Now the quality of food is more that of a public schools cafeteria type food. The new style of fries are awful and cheap. I used to be a standard customer. Sadly the family and I will not be returning any longer.

Went here on December 9th around 5:45PMThe staff were the most rude/ditsy people ive ever has the displeasure of dealing with.They got our order completely wrong and refused to recompensate for our time/gas.Worst customer service I've ever experienced.I would recommend that the boss, Sergio, reevaluate every individual on the front line of this restaurant on this day. The woman I talked to refused to give her name and mocked me behind the phone.Me and my family were regular customers but we will NOT be back.

The good waitresses are no longer there. Now it's inattentive servers, bad quality food, and orders are always wrong. Instead of giving you a check, they tell you to go to the front and tell them your table no., and no way to know if they are charging you correctly. Prices are high for the quality of the food. Will not be going back to east Bend location. Lewisville is better!

Went to get my cheeseburger with fries and drink to go today. When I got home the bun was burnt both on top and bottom. In addition they charged me for blue cheese dressing which I didn't order nor get.Previously they changed my order on a to go order from what had been ordered. I will not eat there again..

I love Alex's. Everytime I go to NC, I stop at Alex's and get a patty melt with onion rings.
Was charged $5.20 for 1 corn dog. Done with this place.

Updated Review August 2023:I can no longer give a strong recommendation for this location.The quality of the food is decent but not as good as it used to be, and the wait staff are not nearly as friendly or attentive as the wait staff that used to work there. At my most recent experience, the waitress checked on us only once and told us to go up front to order our dessert.The variety of ice cream is also much smaller than it used to be with only about four flavors compared to the dozen this place used to have.It's just not nearly as good as it used to be.Old Review:One of the best fast food joints in the area. The staff is super friendly and the place has a very small town atmosphere where everyone knows everyone. It can be a tad on the expensive side after tip so I only eat here maybe twice a month but it is totally worth it.Uno de más mejor restaurantes en el área. Los trabajadores son muy simpáticos y este lugar tiene una clima de muy ciudad pequeña dónde todas de las personas saben una a otra. Un poco caro así que solo como aquí uno o dos veces a més pero la comida es demasiado buena.
