Went for the new deep fried turkey sandwich and there was no turkey. Went a second time and got the deep fried turkey sandwiche but the sandwich didn’t have much turkey on it. Lots of lettuce service was slow and seems like the person in charge to make sure they have what you want is in . They need to make sure they order enough. I choose not to go back to this Arby’s but visit the Reidsville location. Hopefully the service will be much better.

Drive-thru cashier was rude, inconsiderate, and try to cheat me out of my money. After speaking with the manager she counted his drawer and he was over a lot. So she gave me a full refund

Their posted hours are that they’re open at 9:30am. I stopped at 9:50am and found 3 employees sitting outside the locked front entry door. They said the manager was running late but was getting ready. They said they wouldn’t be open for an hour because nobody else had a key.

Came in late, around 9pm. I didn't expect everything to go as well as it did. Very clean inside, staff was super friendly. The food was hot and fresh. Highly recommend.
Everything is great, just fix the pot hole in the drive thru!

Great food, but I wish they'd bring back the ArbyQ even if for a limited time. Sometimes food isn't good if it's not messy & the ArbyQ was both messy and good!

I always go through the take-out window, and the inside of the dining room always looks nice. The food is very good, I will miss their fish sandwiches. I usually get the Greek gyro, and it’s the best around. The personnel are fast and friendly.
