If you go thru the drive thru be prepared to be waiting a while to order at the speaker. Once you get to the window, most of the time that is quick. If you are short on time I’d recommend ordering online and then going inside to pick up. Most of the time when the person acknowledges you at the speaker in the drive thru, they just say “Go ahead when you’re ready” instead of an actual greeting. The food is good and everyone I’ve come in contact with is nice, just would be nice if the whole transaction was a little faster.

Not great... beef n cheddar had a weird aftertaste. I returned food to store and explained my concern. They offered to remake it, but I preferred a refund.

Went through the drive through with my wife to get dinner last night 11/9/25 around 6pm. Some person with the name tag Nyan was extremely rude on the mike and at the window. Waited almost 15 minutes for my order with one car in front of me, when I approached the window, Nyan was rude and threw our bag of food at us. One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had!

What happened to the size of the sandwiches at Arby's??????
Our Beef and Cheddar sandwiches were half the size they were a year ago and almost twice the cost!!!!
Arby's has lost our business!!

Their selection and variety has changed for the better since I was here last. The prices that I've seemed so high to me once is now only slightly higher than other fast food joints. I had a gyro and dad had a French dip. Both sandwiches were good but the fries were overcooked and cold. The employees we interacted with were very nice and the dining room was very clean. There were several guests at the time and everyone was chatting quietly. It was a pleasant experience and I will consider coming more often.

I just left the drive thru the order taker was rude I needed help with purchase online and she asked was I doing it in drive thru, adv yes she directed me to pull out the drive thru…no cars. So I adv I needed to place order as well she responded go ahead. Order curly fries and steak bites with two sliders. They pulled me, she brought order out and basically threw it at me. Went bk in and got online order. I advised her I order curly fries she went bk in and brought a lil box out with about 4 curly fries (which she never asked what size). The rudeness from the crew is why the place always look empty not to mention they make it appear they are closed. Overall worst experience ever

Waited 10 mins someone came onto the intercom rudely saying “ you can order when you’re ready “ never once made a appearance prior to let us know they was ready for us to give the order to them, then make it to the window , wait another 10 mins to pay then got handed the food didn’t once get asked or told that the beef broth for the dip and Swiss was out I had to pull out and get half way down the road to find out I didn’t get my beef broth for my 2 sandwiches go back in to be told they was out. very unprofessional to just lett me take off without asking me if I wanted to order something else or if I wanted a refund nope you send me on my way without notice very unprofessional.

A great experience! All the team members greeted me as I entered. The Gyro and Italian sandwiches were fresh and delicious. This is the best Arby's restaurant that I have had the pleasure of visiting.

Usually the food is REALLY good here and the service is ALWAYS great but this time I ordered the new deluxe burger. AWFUL. The meat seemed like it had been cooked much earlier and was dry, consistency almost like a soy patty, and it was cold. The cheese was cold the bun was cold all the toppings were cold so add a cold burger to it you can imagine how bad it was

I have a family member living in Eden . She’s always talking up this Arby’s on Van Buren . She’ll say “we got the best Arby’s in the USA “
When I visit her , her and I eat here. I think it’s a very good location . The employees are very nice. I think the roast beef is slightly better quality than at the locations I’ve visited in Virginia and other areas of North Carolina
