Usually the food is REALLY good here and the service is ALWAYS great but this time I ordered the new deluxe burger. AWFUL. The meat seemed like it had been cooked much earlier and was dry, consistency almost like a soy patty, and it was cold. The cheese was cold the bun was cold all the toppings were cold so add a cold burger to it you can imagine how bad it was
I have a family member living in Eden . She’s always talking up this Arby’s on Van Buren . She’ll say “we got the best Arby’s in the USA “ When I visit her , her and I eat here. I think it’s a very good location . The employees are very nice. I think the roast beef is slightly better quality than at the locations I’ve visited in Virginia and other areas of North Carolina

Ms Ariel at drive thru at Eden NC Arby's was great, amazing, awesome. She is always smiling no matter what her shift has been like. She's so sweet and caring. I think that her manager/supervisor should most definitely give her a raise/bonus/gift card for recognition as well as employee of the month. She is the reason why we choose Eden NC Arby's. Visited Friday, 03/21/2025, & 2 weeks prior and both experiences were amazing 🤩 bc of Ms Ariel and she's the reason why we will continue to come back. Thank you little Ms Ariel. You're amazing and always shine bright babygirl. Highly recommend going to Eden Arby's especially when this little young lady is working. I hope her boss(es) see this and do honor, & recognize her. Forgot my curly fries so I went back to get them. It had been over 10 mins and instead of making fresh ones, they gave me the ones they Forgot.

They canceled a door dash order 45 minutes before closing due it being so close to close. Every time I order they mess it up, such a shame.
Horrible manager and customer service. We won’t be back!!! Katie or whatever the managers name is needs to be demoted to Dish washer.

Went for the new deep fried turkey sandwich and there was no turkey. Went a second time and got the deep fried turkey sandwiche but the sandwich didn’t have much turkey on it. Lots of lettuce service was slow and seems like the person in charge to make sure they have what you want is in . They need to make sure they order enough. I choose not to go back to this Arby’s but visit the Reidsville location. Hopefully the service will be much better.
