Got here and there was a car in the drive thru and 1 car in the parking lot! Got to the speaker after waiting for the car in front of us to leave the speaker(took 8 minutes probably for the same reason we took so long at the speaker) we got to the speaker and sat there for 15 minutes and we finally got an answer and that said they would be with us they are just “backed up” mind you there isn’t a line in front of us besides the one car and there is one car in the parking lot! We get to the window and the lady give us our food. We check it and it’s not even right!!!! This is just ridiculous! We’re missing all of our fries and our tots!

Every time I come here my order is wrong. Today I ordered online. Ordered a Wednesday burger extra pickles, extra onions, light mayo, light ketchup. Traveled from the other side of Reidsville because this is the only local Burger King with the purple buns. Got no pickles, regular amount of onions and no ketchup. I figured the order would be correct because I ordered ahead, wrong. However, though the employees aren't friendly the food I get is always hot. I just don't like spending almost $8 for a burger that was made incorrectly.
