My fiancée and I went to eat at Chopstix tonight for dinner, first after we were seated it took 15-20 minutes for someone to acknowledge us being there and come to take our drink order, I had to ask our server to repeat themselves several times because they were talking very quiet and I could not understand what they were saying. Do NOT use the order ahead feature on the website. This restaurant will make the food when the order is placed and allow it to sit out until you come to pick it up - even if it's an hour and a half from pick up time. Why charge an online convenience fee when ordering online isn't convenient?! Sheesh.
Stopped in for a quick meal- the maki was fresh and other food good for the price. I did enjoy the mixed drink. However, I didn’t receive what I ordered. The service was very slow despite not being busy. The server was friendly but forgetful.
