The egg rolls were big, but had way too much shredded cabbage, which overpowered the flavor of the very little bit of anything else they put in it and made them very bland and they were way too greasy. The sesame chicken had too much sauce, which again, overpowered the flavor of the rice and vegetables and the chicken was overcooked, making it tough. The service was great, which lends to the 3 star rating. This was our second time dining here.

I'm a local resident of eden, and I've eaten at this establishment on more than one occasion, sadly, however, the service I've received has been sub-par at best. The server, my girlfriend and I, had for both our visits' was, disinterested and disconnected from the task he was paid to do, which was to be polite, take our order in a timly fashion, and to bring properly prepared food. That was fresh and not something that tasted like it had been sitting out under heat lamps. However, our server never checks on whether or not there were refills, napkins, straws or condoments needed. And when the food came to the table the food was luke warm at best, but most of the time the food is cold. Moreover, the past two visits, I've been blantly ignored by the staff after sitting down to be waited on. Furthermore, the staff would interact with my girlfriend, but not me, acted as if I wasn't there. Futhermore, when I've ordered online, they have mixed up my order with some other persons order. In addtion, the supposed complimentary hibachi soup is only available when sitting down to eat at the restaurant, but not available for online or carry out orders, which is a very unprofessional double standardard. Addionally, I've also, have picked up orders via door dash, which I've had to wait 30 to 45 minutes, on a clients order, and then get a late penalty from door dash and my pay deducted, or in a few cases having to deliver cold food for free. Because the establishment doesn't know how to read a clock or priotize orders. Lastly, the atmosphere is nice and clean, but the service is terrible. 😡

First time ever at Chop Stix in Eden , NC. Our waitress's name was Josie, she was amazing , very professional. The problem that I had with the whole experience was that I saw several of the most disgusting things servers can do . And as I observed I couldn't believe my eyes . One girl at the counter kept playing with her hair constantly, never saw her wash her hands not once , watched a bigger guy walk around with a customer's credit card in his mouth , until he handed it back to the customer. These are very unsanitary practices for servers to do . Whoever the night shift manager is on Friday nights around 7 pm you're definitely not paying attention to your cameras or your servers . Please do better , the food was great , but I seriously doubt I'd go back , with all the sickness going around and people with low immune systems , if you don't mind people having your credit card in your servers mouth right before handing it back to you and playing with hair before serving your food you're fine I guess . Well I let the new girl , Josie know how gross and disrespectful I thought the things I had witnessed were . The reason I knew she was new is because I told her the things I had watched happen . Bless her heart if that was her second day on the job , please let the other employees know that she was more professional than anyone else I saw in the whole establishment. Never once did I see her touch her face , her nose , her hair , she had the best personality , & the others with their disgusting habits while waiting tables need to take lessons from the very beautiful and sanitary Josie. Good job , young lady because if I would have seen that from her , I would have walked out , she's the only one that I would recommend waiting on any customers. I've been a waitress for a very long time , please reintroduce your staff to better serving practices. I realize they were younger servers but nevertheless , they were on camera the whole time , & need to know they can't play with people's lives by spreading germs this way. I won't be back .

The food was delicious but the ladies you have working the front registers for pickup are RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. She couldn't find my order because it was done as DOORDASH. When she found it which was on the counter.
Instead of handing the bag to me while I had my hand out she shoves it on the counter in my face. And of course no thank you, no nothing she walks away to the opposite side of the counter and just stands there. The front staff of any establishment gives the first impression to it's customers.

You guys need to step it up several notches. I’m shocked this place is even open. If you like Asian food or things that taste good and are even halfway fresh, stay away or lower your standards. So glad I skipped on the sushi. I can’t imagine.

If you're looking to dine in later into their operating hours (hour+ before closing) be warned they may just close early, but instead of committing and shutting down they will just lock the door, pretend it was an accident and then 12+ members of staff will stare at you until you feel so uncomfortable you leave. At least they have sushi when they're open.

Waitress couldn't have been worse. Forgot salad after being reminded twice. Had to take it to go. Playing Hannibal lecter movie in plain view of eating guests. Asked her to change channel so I didn't have to watch a man getting his own brains fed to him while I ate my food. She ignored request and went about her business. It wasn't busy at all. Gross atmosphere and worthless waitress makes us rethink eating here again.

Moving from Greensboro, I did not expect the quality of food that I received. Everything we ordered was incredible! Presentation was great and portions were large.

Authentic NYC level Food. I highly recommend!
