I have frequented this place quite a few times over the years, but a few weeks ago I was missing half of my order which totaled 10$ plus tax. I called up cookout customer service to try to get my refund, I ended up getting a free tray coupon in the mail as a form of compensation, but letās do the math, a tray is not equivalent to 10$ plus tax, so not only was I missing half my order, but Cookout didnāt even reimburse me for the full amount I was missing in my order. Thatās not okay in my book. I wonāt ever go back if Cookout doesnāt make this right for me from reading this review.

Was very disappointed all the way around. Made it to the house. Didn't feel like going back for my fries and then they gave me a hot dog all the way but overloaded it that I couldn't even pick it up without scooping some of the stuff off of it

The barbecue chicken sandwich was burnt. Appeared that they didn't give me all of my nuggets more onion rings barely any nuggets. Also had to get them to redo my husband's burger. No mayo no cheese it was a dry burger. It definitely wasn't the burger he ordered. When I went in to get my husband's burger fixed a lot of the employees were playing around

Ordered 2 corndogs June 7th 2025 had a Carmel milk shake later. Awaken Sunday morning throwing up and stomach pain feeling hot and sweaty. Later threw up again which was a total of 8 times. Will not be going back to this COOKOUT! Eden NC. SICK AS CRAP!!

I believe this is the worst Cookout that weāve ever been to! Depending on wht time you arrive depends on how ur service will be! Most of the cashiers are decently friendly. The cashiers can NEVER HEAR ur order and always has to be repeated. The chicken quesadillas come with chipotle sauce (thatās about the only thing I can eat as I have Alpha Gal Syndrome) but every time Iāve either gotten just chicken and cheese or thereās just a little bit on there and can barely even taste it. I even told the cashier to make sure they put some on there, and she did tell the cooks!!! This time there wasnāt any chipotle sauce on either of the quesadillas when I sent my husband to ask them for some they said it wld be $1.07!!!!! WHY???? Itās supposed to be on there already!! So I go and show them there isnāt any on it! They make me two new ones and hereās the pictures!! Talking about being a smarta$$

This is the worst cookout in North Carolina. Arrived at 10:58am placed an order. 2 more customers walk up and place a large order with multiple trays and drinks. My order was only 1 small tray. Drive through had only 3 cars. The person after me got their large order and left. I kept waiting and the at they acted Iām assuming they lost or forgot my order. So totally at 11:23am I received my order: food was cold when I got to work to eat it. These little girls that work in the windows to take the orders are not friendly at all. Bunch of angry little girls. No apolgy at all for making me wait. No thank you or nothing. Just plain rude! Yall applied for the jobs if you hate your job so much quit! You need to do better at this location and put nicer people in windows to help people. Bunch of angry women. 0/10 Unapologetic rude people! I hope yāall eat out on your clocked out lunch breaks and get treated the same way as I did.
