Me and my fiancée went to cookout to get dinner it was around 9:10 to 9:15 and we saw a another car go through the drive through so we thought hey let’s get food me and him got to it and there was only one lane open we waited for someone to answer and my fiancée saw a worker in the window infront of us looking at us and we waited some more and all and all we about wait for 5 to 10 minutes and when we pulled up to the window to see if we can order something no body was there so we waited a couple more minutes till the lights cut off and we drove around to the front and nothing nobody stop us just gotten to the cars so we stop at Taco Bell all and all I’m pretty disappointed in the worker that saw us and done nothing in letting us know that they closed early today. Pls do better

Cookout headquarters I’m assuming is who fixed my problem when I called but I have since been back and this is my 3rd time still same problem with my food they once again replaced it but this is just getting to be crazy to me. Barley any chicken and no sauce and what I’m assuming was the manger cut me off while I was talking and was rude honestly added the 2 updated photos 12/11/25
I love cookout the price and the food you can’t beat it. Today I went through got my reg they wasn’t really busy only 2 other cars in line I could understand if they was busy and rushing but got my quesadilla bit into it and just tasted the tortilla so I opened it up and it was barley any chicken in it so I took it back they got it right but was barley any quesadilla sauce in it so made it dry. But the staff was super nice friendly and understanding no I didn’t take it back for the sauce just added some sauce I had in my car to it

I have frequented this place quite a few times over the years, but a few weeks ago I was missing half of my order which totaled 10$ plus tax. I called up cookout customer service to try to get my refund, I ended up getting a free tray coupon in the mail as a form of compensation, but let’s do the math, a tray is not equivalent to 10$ plus tax, so not only was I missing half my order, but Cookout didn’t even reimburse me for the full amount I was missing in my order. That’s not okay in my book. I won’t ever go back if Cookout doesn’t make this right for me from reading this review.

Was very disappointed all the way around. Made it to the house. Didn't feel like going back for my fries and then they gave me a hot dog all the way but overloaded it that I couldn't even pick it up without scooping some of the stuff off of it
