Usually love going to this location but in November my wings looked very undercooked the manager said next time whenever you come back I replace them well when I just called the manager Dan was very RUDE says it been 3 months evidently he can't count it been 7 to 8 weeks so 2 months he says he can't go back that long it's a time limit on them replacing the food they messed up I guess but I wasn't told that and no other restaurant has a deadline to get food that is owed to you, I work 2 jobs so I'm usually working 8am til 11pm haven't had time to go if they had done right first time wouldn't had this issue to begin with but the attitude I was given was uncalled for. I work hard for my money and if it wasn't for us customers they wouldn't have a job. So doubt I be ordering again for awhile I just start going back to pizza hut or Papa John's. The rudeness has done it for me

Took back my 5 star review after the issues here today. Spent 5 minutes ordering a pizza, because I had to repeat what I wanted so many times and wait for her to figure out how to ring it up. Ordered a Philly cheese steak pizza for carry out. Requested half mushroom and onions only and half no vegetables. Received a half green pepper and onions and the other half mushroom.

I order a half cheese half chicken med hand toss an a order or cheese bread the man who I assume was the manager the night of 11-29-25 is very rude I’m a manager at Pizza Hut the way he treated me as a customer I would never I’m highly disappointed in the service I received especially knowing I go above and beyond for my own business as manager it was very unprofessional I didn’t get his name but I wouldn’t want to have him running my store I came out of pocket to support yall when I could of went to my own job crazy lol good cheese sticks tho barely even any cheese on my pizza !

Today they delivered a Pizza to the Millis truck lot where I was staying. The driver was very friendly and found my truck easily. He made sure I had my soda and sauces with my pizza. He also said he put napkins in the bag, and sure enough there was. Definitely will order from here when im at Millis!

I was trying to get a pizza delivered , I live probably 1/16 of a mile out of Eden Manager told me he couldn't go outside of Eden last week I'm setting on the front porch and saw a faded out black car go by with a Dominoes sign on top of it. Delivered a pizza up the road came back by probably 2 minutes later gonna tell me he wasn't making a delivery, manager pretty much said I was lying. Very unprofessional and very insulting . Obviously employees friends get special privilege the dumbest thing is I called them back gave them Moms house who has an Eden address and they'll deliver to her I can walk to moms 🤔🤔🤔

Not sure if this is corporate or franchise but the management is horrible and wanted to get really out of line and nasty . Has absolutely no problem solving skills what so ever !
If it’s corporate- they will hear about this . He treated me like I was some kind of loser. They would not resolve a pizza I did not get or hear at the door - my window is right by the door- I didn’t hear anything . Then lied said they called me . My phone logs last call was from my husband. Indicating I’m a liar . Why would I spend almost 50.00 to lie. What a circus. My kids now have no dinner - couldn’t trust a re- delivery after that whole ordeal .
Asked for twice cooked wings got wings that were so pale they looked raw. I had to finish cooking them myself once I got them.

The Eden Dominos is outstanding. We had a little misunderstanding over an order and they handled it quickly and with excellent service. Highly recommend! The pizza is great!

Ordered a pizza for delivery yesterday and when I tried to eat it it had brown hair baked into the cheese. Threw up instantly. When I called to let them know was told to call back that they were busy. And when I called the next morning was left on hold. Was treated like I was out for free food. I was only trying to inform them that my food had hair in it
