It is 6:46 pm as I type this. They have closed down the lobby and are turning people around making them go to the drive thru. They have a sign on the front door that says drive thru. This is unacceptable! The store doesn’t even close until 9. I wanted to dine in. So did others!

Waiting 30 mins on 3 items before I walked inside after I say something the staff is just standing there so I asked for the manager took her forever to get to the register then she just gave me a refund worst fast food place in Eden as far as service they need to fire the whole staff I hadn't eat there in awhile and bs like this is the reason

I've went in 3 times in 2 months and I really like Hardee's usually but this 1 in Eden is a joke of a Hardee's and the franchise owner is definitely not up to Hardee's standards as the employees all hide behind walls and didnt come out for 2-3 mins after I came in and food was subpar at best cold and old a fries were nasty I shop at the Reidsville and Greensboro twice a week but I will not go back to this 1 unless cooperate steps in and makes them change or take away franchise cause they are only hurting the Hardee's name.

Worst experience I’ve had at a Hardess. I ordered Drive Thru for two egg biscuits and one plain biscuit with jelly. Super easy. Was told to wait in the parking lot. I waited for about 15 mins before walking in and they don’t know what happened to the order. I’m sure they gave it someone else and they wouldn’t have even noticed that I was there waiting. Not sure if it’s the management or what but they weren’t even apologetic about their mistake. Then after I received the food the plain biscuit was soaking in butter, the entire wrapper was soggy and it’s not the Hardee’s you’d hope it would be. I hope they can fix this but I’m not hopeful. Biscuitville is more expensive next door but guaranteed to be worth your money.

Service is horrible, staff is not very friendly, biscuits are usually old and or cold or seem like they are microwaved. Used to love coming here but now the only reason I do come is because they serve breakfast till noon. The closest to noon it gets the older and nastier the biscuits are. If I go inside to dine in it takes for ever to be waited on Thayer why usually I go thru the drive thru

Why serve breakfast til noon If I go at 11:25 am and they say we’re out of biscuits?
We ordered two biscuits at the drive thru. 1Sausage and1 Bacon and scrambled egg . We got home no sausage biscuit and only a cold bacon egg and cheese biscuit. I called the manager and told her the problem. My husband drove back down there and,went inside to pick up order. Biscuits were ready for pick
up .
My husband checked the bag and the Bacon and egg had cheese on it. Manager had it made again and let the staff know to get it right. After getting them home they were Ok.
You should not have to go thru what we did just to get 2 biscuits. They also where running out of biscuits . Saying somebody make some biscuits!. I am not sure what the problem is at this location but I feel it should be addressed. This is not a good way to start day . The inside a as in a mess. They were painting outside. I understand the rating.

There is a reason this place always looks so vacant. The workers are almost non-existent, hiding behind the wall, though the little interaction with staff wasn't bad. My food was room temperature at best. The bun was cool to the touch, even through the wrapper. The burger itself was cold dry and stiff as if they were just thawed out and put on a bun. The fries were tough though they were warm. The app, which I ordered from, is unintuitive, not allowing easy access to customize your burger, nor does it have easy access to request a refund. I remember when this store began going downhill and it still hasn't reached the bottom. Go anywhere else!
