Every time I come to this KFC, there's always a long wait even in the drive-thru. Isn't the whole point of a drive-thru to be fast and convenient? Clearly not at this location. The service is consistently slow, and it's become extremely frustrating. I’m tired of wasting time waiting for food every single visit. This isn’t professional, and something seriously needs to change.

I don't go to KFC often because you can never tell how the food is going to be. I previously reviewed as one to two stars. I just left from there from drive-thru. The lady checking my order was a sweet young girl who was very informative and nice. My fries weren't great but they were okay, my famous bowls were fresh and good. Maybe they've made some changes with staff? Not sure but definitely a more pleasurable experience this time than I have had previous. Keep it up KFC!

At first, I wasn't crazy about goin here, but my amazing and beautiful daughter was describing, in great detail, how the chicken tenders are to just die for! So I said yes and they were the best tenders I've ever had!!! And the fries....omg, they're absolutely the best!!! I could eat them all day everyday. Good job, KFC, Good job😁👍👏

Will not go back. They did not include the 2 sides. Ordered crispy recipe and got original. When my wife returned to get the sides after coming home, the manager just laughed it off. I know it’s just take out but it was $12. Not going back.
Well just went thru drive thru and I requested two piece thigh meal no liquid and hot sauce on side .. just opened meal thigh and leg no hot sauce. Messed up had they not screwed order up I was going to say service was awesome but it sucked....
I placed my order on the app while in the parking lot. The app wouldn't let me swap the mashed potatoes and gravy for fries but ordered anyway. I walked in 2 minutes after I placed the order and approached the counter. I was greeted with the front staff who had an amazing and positive attitude. I explained to them how I couldn't make the exchange on the app. Without hesitation they were willing to take care of the issue personally. As they went to line where the food was being prepared to catch my order before it was completed it was to late! It was already done! You know they took the time to take my order back out and fix it the way I was requesting? 🤯 How many places can you say will do that? lol... I feel well taken care of and hope they continue to give outstanding service.

Food is strt trash. This is the 2nd time we have decided to give them a try and the last. Chicken is dry and no season/ flavor. You ask for extra crispy it gets burnt. Pot pie is dry with no "soup". The only thing that was good was the bis and it was so small you finish it in one bite.

I ordered my food online. I came in on the expected time, and it should be ready. Went inside. I was told, "Oh, it hasn't come through yet. The women went back and forth, looking at the screen. It was not busy at all. I've waited 30 minutes in the lobby. Then I saw people coming in crossing their arms. The whole staff needs to be fired. Who in the world interviews for management at these places?

We went here for lunch on Saturday 8/30/24, and I ordered the 2 piece meal crispy white meat. The chicken was so over cooked that when you even try to take off some crunchy coating, it crumbled down onto the plate in lil pcs. Not to mention it was dry!!! I guess this is why we haven't been back since a year ago! They had the music blarring, just so loud for this small restaurant.
