Very inconsistent. Tonight was so awful we won't be going back. We used the kiosk to order because there were several people waiting in line. We ordered the $10 8-piece and two drinks, then went to sit. My email receipt was 5:57 p.m. As we waited, we watched several arguments between staff and multiple people coming up because they either didn't get their order or were given the wrong order. We waited. At 6:26, dad went up to ask about our order. They brushed him off and then I came up. She asked if we paid. I showed them my receipt and said yes. Then she handed dad two empty cups and said if you order at the kiosk you have to ask for your cups. Oh, so if I order over there, I still have to wait in line for a drink? Then they were out of ice and the Dr. Pepper was flat. The Starry tasted like the nozzle hadn't been washed or soaked for a while, just a hint of mildew. When we finally got our food, after having to repeat several times and showing them the email receipt and reading out the name and order number, it was so greasy we had to peel the skin off after soaking up grease from one thigh with 5 napkins, I gave up. So I spent $17 and 40 minutes of my time to eat ONE greasy theigh. We dad told one employee waking by that it was the worst chicken he'd ever had, her response what, it's really fresh! So, now the bucket is in the fridge. Every piece of chicken is individualy wrapped in a paper towel. Hopefully tomorrow it will be edible. We are not going to waste anymore time or money on this place.

I paid $5+ for a large container of Cole Slaw which was only half full when I got home. I don’t mind paying for a container of Cole Slaw but 1/2 full container is ridiculous. They keep cutting the portions. They are going to cut their business.

Every time I come to this KFC, there's always a long wait even in the drive-thru. Isn't the whole point of a drive-thru to be fast and convenient? Clearly not at this location. The service is consistently slow, and it's become extremely frustrating. I’m tired of wasting time waiting for food every single visit. This isn’t professional, and something seriously needs to change.
8 piece chicken tenders should NOT cost $22. Absolute corporate greed.

I don't go to KFC often because you can never tell how the food is going to be. I previously reviewed as one to two stars. I just left from there from drive-thru. The lady checking my order was a sweet young girl who was very informative and nice. My fries weren't great but they were okay, my famous bowls were fresh and good. Maybe they've made some changes with staff? Not sure but definitely a more pleasurable experience this time than I have had previous. Keep it up KFC!

At first, I wasn't crazy about goin here, but my amazing and beautiful daughter was describing, in great detail, how the chicken tenders are to just die for! So I said yes and they were the best tenders I've ever had!!! And the fries....omg, they're absolutely the best!!! I could eat them all day everyday. Good job, KFC, Good job😁👍👏

Worst tasting chicken I ever had in my entire 57-year-old life I can taste the flour and the food was burnt the fries was burnt horrible never want to eat at Kentucky fried Chicken again no more KFC for me didn't even care what type of food you serve I got to go brush my teeth now and wash my mouth out now
