Ordered pizza for pick up. Received notice would be ready at 8:04pm. Went to store, nothing in portal, no employees at counter. When finally helped we were informed pizza not ready yet. Did not get pizza for over 30 min past "READY" time.

The food is delicious, but the wait time is TOO MUCH. I had to wait 38 minutes for 1 pizza!! And I ordered through drive thru… Many others waited lots too, some even asking for refunds.. This isnt the first time i’ve waited this long. I don’t think ill come back again. I thought Little Ceasers slogan was “hot and ready” but this place DID NOT show that. Not a single pizza ready when you get there. Please save your time and go some place else!!!

The last 2 times I ordered from there, I ordered on the App and it took over an hour both times. Went in to see what was going on and the employee's were arguing in front of customers and making a huge scene. This place is going down the drain and nobody seems to be fixing the problems. If I could give negative STARS I would! Long story short the whole staff needs to be fired! Had to call POLICE to get my food! Save your self the time & money go somewhere else!!

This is tgr most awesome little Caesars!!! The only person working , just brought out my order. I was about to go in and collect it. Five star customer service!!!! Much , much better than ANY location they have in danville VA. I came all the way here , from providence N.C. just for the awesome customer service!!! Keep up the outstanding work !!! To be honest , I would boycott the danville VA. Stores. Or.... I would hire all new staff. Phenomenal customer service here!!!
