I get that this location was closing early but 2 employees was very rude 1 being the manager. I had been sitting in the drive thru and truck in front of me was was stuck spinning on ice so I said ill go inside and take my food to go. We'll when I got inside I was told the inside was closed. I explained about the issue in the drive through and then the manager come out in a bad mood and when I tried to say what was going on she didn't hear me out. As a General Manager of a restaurant this is unacceptable behavior and it wasn't just me in was 3 or 4 more customers in the dining room and a couple was actually dining in. None the less I will be going to mayodan for my daily frappe.

The Blended Ginger
One of the managers at the Eden McDonald's is rude and unfriendly to customers and shouldn't work around people. He is the bigger guy with dark hair. No matter how kind you are him he is super unfriendly. This is how he is everytime I go in there. I hope he doesn't treat his employees the way he treats customers.

Placed a mobile order, but did not switch it from drive-thru to inside pickup. At counter, was told it could not be picked up inside. Went to parking lot, got in car, got in line, gave order code at drive-thru, picked up food at window, parked car and went inside to eat. Do better.
They treated me with respect and not like I was anything else but a human being! And two ladies give me free coffee. God bless

I'm not sure when things changed, definitely AFTER the remodel, but they took the drink machine out so you can't get your own drink anymore. They removed the station for condiments too. You have to hope an employee notices you and stops long enough to ask what you need to get anything.
They removed most of the menu from the wall, and employees don't ask to take your order anymore. They force you to order on their kiosks. It won't be long before they have robots doing everything.
The shelf for DoorDash orders is out where anyone can grab them. I saw a child crawling all over the shelf, whole body on a shelf. I think they need that station where the general public can't get to it. They're not monitoring who grabs orders. Anyone can take the bags of food and anyone can put their dirty hands and feet all over everything.
They also now have a sign up stating you can only stay for 30 minutes. McDonald's was one of the few places for people to use wifi and kill time. I'm not sure how much this is enforced, but the idea itself is crazy to me. I'm surprised they still have wifi.
And when did the cheapest burgers start costing $4 or more?? I remember when a Mcdouble and McChicken were under $2. There's nothing cheap here anymore.

Basically, I ordered on the app and went there to pick it up, they told me they were out of apple pies and made me go to the 3rd window, I then waited for 45 MINUTES! I had to drive back around to the 2nd window to get my food and of course it was wrong as I ordered 3 burgers and got 2, normally this place would be 4 stars as the day crew is fine, Night crew? ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS! If your looking for a really late dinner past 10 pm just go to Cook Out down the road they'll actually get you good and more food for the same price.
