They've always been fast there but they seem to get my order wrong alot but people make mistakes especially young inexperienced kids but that's fine too. You get what you pay for.

People who work there seem to not understand how to make what the customer has ordered the either put way to much of the wrong ingredient or they don't put it at all but claim they do and then when you ask them to fix it they get mad cause they have to actually work . Then the managers has no control and act like they don't know that in this line of work the customer is always RIGHT!!!! It's a JOB and ITS NOT ONE YOU CAN JUST SIT AROUND AND DO NOTHING AND GET PAID FOR YOUR IN CUSTOMER SERVICE SO THAT MEANS CUSTOMERS ARE NUMBER ONE WHAT THEY WANT SHOULD BE UR TOP PRIORITY!!!!!

OMG where do I begin!? I did a mobile order & opted to pick it up inside. I stood & waited for a good 15 minutes before I was ever asked anything. Meanwhile customers were steadily lining up at the front counter. No one's order was being taken. i watched what looked like the manager get her food & sit down. Finally I got the attention of a nice lady with blueish green hair & she then started bagging my order. This experience wasn't So much about me getting my order on time as it is about the lack of respect & courtesy & decency that I or any customer behind me was shown. It's ridiculous. I seen one man behind the counter walk back & forth twice on the phone. I'll never go back to this McDonald's. Oh yeah then when we got outside we were blocked in because their drive-thru line was all the way out to the road!!!

The workers at this McDonald's is very racist we just left there about 2 minutes ago after waiting at the drive thru for over 5 minutes nobody came on the speaker or nothing but as soon as we pulled off they took the white lady ordere behind us.

Just went through the drive thru and ordered a hash brown and one egg and bacon biscuit. Imagine my surprise when I arrived home and discovered there was NO egg on the biscuit and only 1 strip of bacon. Do better McDonalds!

An employee at the car service disrespected us by yelling at us, I will definitely not return to this McDonald's, they have employees without any type of manners.
I would only recommend ordering here if you want them to surprise you with what you’re gonna get. I ordered four things and received two of them. I got an Apple pie , an iced coffee, a sausage and gravy biscuit, and a sausage egg and cheese McGriddle. I don’t know how they messed it up but I’m not surprised considering today they messed up a HAPPY MEAL. All of the food is premade sitting on warmers and the employees don’t have enough brain cells to see a list and put the right things in the bag. I’m not ordering here again until their staff graduate preschool.

Don't bother asking for sugar in your coffee, just ask for it separate and put It in yourself. It's must have been 5+ times at this point, I will order a coffee and it will even have a receipt on the coffee saying how many sugars too put in. Sighs
