My family and I have just recently stumbled across this gem! The staff are super professional & attentive, food comes out quick & yummy, the restaurant is just the right amount of busy so it’s not overwhelming, and ALWAYS clean. Out of all the dine in restaurants in Eden this one is at the top of my list! Big thanks to the owners, and staff, for keeping a customer friendly standard and serving up a great menu!

Gone in for lunch a handful of times. They have really good burgers and fries consistently. I've dined in twice, staff is nice and helpful--only thing I would change was both times the music has been louder and made table conversation difficult.

1st time. Great place. I ordered at register from menu and pay. They give you a marker for table they bring food to you. I ordered a smash burger with side salad. Burger was very good, salad was OK, I like salad with lettuce, which they didn't use. Different people ordered different things like flat bread, chips looked very good. Very large menu. The waitress brings food and refills for drinks or things you need. Loved the place will come again.

Taste of the food was ok, could be a bit warmer when coming out. We had classic cheeseburgers with fries and a Florentine Omelet. The homemade banana pudding ice cream was great.

You order and pay at the counter when you walk in. The machine gives you a tip option automatically and no way to decline it. Why am I being forced to tip before service when I order my food myself at the counter? I never got a refill and forcefully tipped 2.50 for nothing. Food was good

Good food service was a different from most places
Set in the restaurant for 17 minutes and was never greeted. Watched multiple people get their drinks, order taken that came in after me. I will not be returning

Never had a complaint about the food. The costumer service tho is TRASH. You walk in and they just stare at you. No “welcome in” “how are you” it’s just a cold and rushed interaction especially the short lady with black hair that was working today 12/16 and Especially over the phone they just constantly try to rush you. One day got a meal the way it came then the next t day got the same meal but half was missing cause “it doesn’t come with that” I thought it may have been a hit or miss on customer service so we go back and it’s the same every time we go just bare minimum stale customer service. Food is great the cooks are absolutely amazing!!!! The place looks clean just the customer service is so bad😭

Our experience was less than great. We both ordered burgers, fries and chips. The burgers were thick, chips were too hard and the fries were excellent , until...we found a black hair under the fries. I took the plate to the cashier and a gentleman I assumed was the manager, he asked if we wanted to replace it and we declined. No apologies were spoken and when I asked them to remove it from the bill, silence they started speaking another language. Two bites of the burger and some fries. She said but you ate some . I waited for a response what seemed like minutes. Then said everyone here has black hair, the hair on your plate was brown, like I was making it up! They refused a refund and because we ate some of it, I received a gift card for $6.96, only good for Sugars. I have worked in several eating establishments, I'm not a kid looking for something for nothing, I'm 74 and was treated very rudely THIS IS AN UNACCEPTABLE WAY TO TREAT CUSTOMERS our bill was$30.00
