I placed a large order Thursday evening. The customer service I had was wonderful. There were four teenagers working and they were great. I wish I knew their name so they could be recognized. They were definitely a team.

Had my pizza delivered but didn’t bring my soda.I called back ask for manager 3 times .I have my night clothes on now just leave the soda on the porch Pizza will be cold if I wait for soda I am drinking water what terrible service

I ordered online and was waiting 1hr+ for my food so i canceled it. Whoever answered the phone didn’t offer any kind of explanation as to why my two pizzas were taking so long.

Was a Friday night and Placed order at 11:25pm. Asked if it was too late to place an order. They said,”NO”Maybe that’s the reason this experience was so bad. This Pepperoni pizza was terrible! Yuck man!!! Pizza does supposed to have grease but this pizza was greased up,The crust was soggy from grease. The delivery driver couldn’t find my house,which the numbers are big and on mailbox at the road. I’m not in an unfamiliar spot. Then around 1:00AM , I thought a helicopter was landing in my front yard because it was the loudest sound like helicopter,but it was just delivery drivers car. Be nice if customer service was better and they cared about the food they make and serve to folks.
