The customer service was good. But, how....how does a pizza that's supposed to be freshly made from Pizza Hut, have no taste? How? How does Little Caesar's pizza taste better than Pizza Hut's pizza?

Near the beginning of the year I had an event where I never recieved my pizza and was charged with no refund. So I had put off coming back until I decided to try a deal I had recieved in the mail for a large pepperoni lovers. I came in and placed my order and Ms. Kim handled it beautifully. I could tell how hard she worked, it came out at the right time, hot, and very delicious. Her work has made me confident to come back to this place and I'll be glad to!

The food was great, but the customer service my family and I received about 3 weeks ago was highly disappointing. Usually, when we visit Pizza Hut, their is another waitress shows us the booth to be seated and places the menus on the table. The female that we had just grabbed the menus and shoved them towards my hands. Never showed us our seat and just walked away. Furthermore, we had ordered the new chessy bites pizza and ranch. After she had served our pizzas, she walked away and did not bring us the 3 different ranch dippers that are supposed to come with it. We had to ask for it. As well the Forks and Napkins. If this girl was new and behind a register, I could understand. Registers take some time to learn. A waitress, on the other hand, is only common sense. I don't know if her work ethics are just terrible or she was just lazy. However, I did not tip her. I shouldn't have to ask for these things.

I decided to stop in since I was staying at a motel next door. No cars in the parking lot should've clued me that something isn't right here. Yep, no air conditioning and only one staff member. I ordered wings, and they were not the best. How does a place like this stay in business???

Horrible food an service, food on the bar was ice cold. 4 buffets an 3 drinks 1 water $ 52 what a joke. No wonder there were only15 people there at lunch time including my party of 4.

First of all, I placed an order for a pizza and wings. Thought that was going to be 1 ticket. When I get there I everything I ordered was on separate tickets. The food was not properly prepared. The honey BBQ wings' sauce was on the bottom of the container instead of being shook up before going into the oven and they were very hard. The crust on the pizza was not quite cooked through. The taste of the food I got was not like it usually tasted. The whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth.

If I could give no stars I would. This is the worst Pizza Hut I've ever been to. I don't know how their still open. Last time I went to window to pickup my call in, I sat there almost and hour, then they are going to try to pull me around to take cars behind me cause they didn't get my order right and had to redo. I didn't budge. Said then, they would never get my business again. Well just door dash an order. 2 simple personal pans. For starts, they didn't even bag my damn food. It was delivered just in its boxes, which pissed me off. No, he didn't have a bag I watched him get from front seat, then they put the Parmesan cheese on wrong damn pizza. Never again will they get my money. I don't recommend them. 🤬

Didn’t leave a tip but yet they still took a tip out. I put no tip but it still came out of my bank acc.tried calling up there but the manger hung up on me.

Didn’t get dipping sauce for Cinnabon sticks. Pizza was cold before I could eat it. Stayed on hold and never got to speak to a manager
Was looking forward to our one day of the week to eat out. By far the worse pizza and sandwich I've had in a very long time and I really like pizza but. Thanks for that.

I don’t know what happened to this Pizza Hut in Eden it used to be way better but the restaurant has water leaking around one entire side of the buffet and speaking of buffet it looked so horrible like it’s indescribable and the restaurant is dirty customer service is horrible and the last 3 times I ordered i picked up in drive thru and the storage building is open no one out there all the drinks and whatever else is in there idk but no employees in or out of business. What happened? Seems like they need new management and definitely on closing shift!
