DoorDash never delivered my order. I called the store and the manager had the nerve to ask me was this a money thing as DoorDash had picked up my order. Here’s the thing DoorDash never even texted me they picked up my order and I just moved here 3 months ago and have ordered less than 10 times from this store. Manager also refused to refund my order so now it’s THEFT. I will be contacting a lawyer.

Ordered $50 worth of food only for it to arrive cold. Also the bread sticks and cinnamon sticks were uncut and neither the icing nor marinara sauce was there. My mom called to get a refund only to get hung up on by the manager. Called back and said they would issue a refund but never received. Terrible customer service and food.

Best pizza place in Eden by far. Love their crispy pepperoni pizza with spicy marinara and undoubtedly the best fast food wings and fries. Also Jonathan with the night shift is always friendly and ensures my order is received in a timely manner.

This particular Pizza Hut location from our experience routinely underperforms in terms of food quality. The quality of pizza is subpar time and time again. Most especially when it comes to to online ordering. Dining In isn’t much better either. The dough is usually stale and or lackluster. Topping always seem to be on the skimpy side if not outright missing as ordered. It’s seems as if the skimping on topping or leaving them off altogether is a cost cutting scheme.
We have been living in the area for going on 2yrs now and hopefully keep trying this Pizza Hut location out as we are Pizza Hut fans. But are disappointed every time. Yet, when we go to the Reidsville location our expectations are deliciously met or exceeded.
We’ve had enough! No longer will we ever satiate our Pizza Hut cravings from this location ever again.

Came in sat down, and finally after a few mins my waitress with green hair got my drink. She had the worst attitude, I sit there 10 more mins she never came back to get my order so I left. This use to be one of my favorite places to eat. Not no more. I'll never go back. Don't have a public job if you don't like dealing with the public.
Yes, I recently went to this particular Pizza Hut(9-28-2024) and the manager was outstanding that was there for the night shift. He made sure my order was intact. He was very nice and considerate of the fact that my wife and I needed some ranch and he provided it with the quickness. This pace is the place if you want pizza and wings.

Ordered Big New Yorker unaware that I had to add peperoni ok. So, 1st, i called and asked what comes on it (put on hold), so I drove back up there(still on hold). I was told I have to add pepperoni. Again, ok...so I told him I don't want it, give me a refund..."What did you call me?" I didn't call you anything and repeated. I don't want it to give me a refund. "No, you said, give me a refund B word. Leave the store, or I'm calling the cops. " I asked a lady sitting in the restaurant. Did she hear me call him anything? (She wanted no parts nor did the other employee who was close enough to hear the conversation) I did leave, although he lied, I already knew it was going to be more trouble than it was worth. That Eden Pizza Hut Manager is a straight up liar! Yes I even tried contacting cooperate, smh

We spent $50 on food including tip and these crappy workers couldnt even do their job. The times we could contact the business they would mumble and put us on hold. I want my money back.
