I love their chef salad (ham)

My wife and I rolled through Eden recently and found this gem of a place. It is not fancy, but the food is good, the employees genuine and kind, and the price offers a good value.

The food isn’t that bad although you can tell it’s leftovers unless you order something cooked to order. Good luck getting them to answer the phone. They are terrible about taking the phone off the hook so they cannot receive any orders. That’s bad for business. Makes people not want to fool with it

One of our last mom and pop restaurants. Just good country comfort food. This is my favorite lunch spots, and the staff is always great.

Hole in a wall/dive-bar type of atmosphere, very low-key. Service was quick and friendly. My first time there I just had a burger and fries which was good. 10 or so booths to sit at and a couple of tables. Open grill area with bar-type seating. A lot of random stuff on the walls to capture your attention and spark conversation. It was a good place for a quick bite. I didn't get to see any other meals as I took mine to go so I don't know about portion size or anything. I will go back again sometime.

Sometimes I think people just dont actually know what good food is? We got two meatloaf plates with macaroni and cheese and potatoes. Meatloaf was dry and we had to add sauce on it at home. Macaroni had burnt slices of American cheese on it..potatoes didn't really have any flavor. My daughter got chicken tenders and fries and her fries were not freshly cooked and looked as if they had been sitting since was earlier in the day. We came bc we kept hearing on the radio about their ranch..if I'm being honest Kings Inn or Elizabeth's has better ranch IMO. I give it 3 stars based on friendly staff. In the 12 years I've lived in Eden, I've never came here based on the location and it seemed sketchy which is my own false judgement but we weren't missing anything. Such a disappointment 😞

Best Breakfast in town! The food was great, the service was fantastic and the atmosphere was home-y and welcoming.

We did not get what we ordered but ate it anyway instead of waiting for the correct items we ordered. When calling to speak to someone, they were not interested in talking and hung the phone up. If you go here, I hope you have a better experience.
