Awesome staff everytime I pick up my catering orders!
I am keeping anonymous as we frequent this location often, however, My wife and I came in last night and we were a bit uncomfortable. Our server Leah was fantastic, very friendly and attentive , but our issue is elsewhere. There was a woman who we have seen working in this place on multiple occasions , being very loud and disruptive. She was very obviously drunk and was yelling throughout the entire restaurant. We were just about the only table in there at the time so it was quite distracting. Everyone is entitled to enjoy their me time, but there is also a time and place to enjoy it and your work place is not that.
On Mother’s Day of this year I placed an online order so I could have dinner with my mom. I ordered a burger, loaded fries and the pickle fries($30) and the wait time said 13 minutes online. I didn’t ask for a specific time that’s what the website said it would be. When I got there after 30 minutes because I did realize it was Mother’s Day I saw a massive wait but HALF the restaurant booths being used. I tell the hostess I have an online order and she tells me to go to the bar. When I get to the bar the bartender says that they do not have the pickle fries and offer me something else in return. Again, realizing it’s Mother’s Day I didn’t want to wait and ask how to get my refund back on to my card. She goes to talk to some guy and says I have to request the refund online. Which that’s about $8. I go get out of the way so patrons visiting to celebrate Mother’s Day could sit and I could be with my own mother. I open my Togo order and my loaded fries weren’t there just plain fries. If the pickle fries had been there I would’ve just took the loss but because I had already been inconvenienced and I never rushed the order I called to the restaurant. Spoke with someone initially that was rude and told me to “take it up with the manager”. The manager got on and didn’t want to give me her name. She just told me to come back sometime and they’ll replace the food which was sort of odd. She never asked for my name or anything to try to fix the order which was basically me giving $15 free for food not made. When I said that the manager Cheryl told me “well it is Mother’s Day”. That’s not my problem. I placed the online order and the time that the website told me it would be ready wasn’t a me issue. And I expressed a concern that at a certain point it seemed negligent but Cheryl didn’t care in the least. Most times I would not post a review but this was most certainly more than frustrating and the fact I was just visiting Eden for Mother’s Day to not even be able to get my replacement warrants this post and I hope any Regional managers or District managers can let staff know that stealing basically half the money and not fixing it is an issue.
We had the worst meal on Friday. I responded to the email I was sent and messaged on Facebook. No response. Thanks for the great customer service!
Food is ok, steaks can be a little bland. Salad bar is fresh. The egg has recently been removed from the bar which was a disappointment. Service is hit or miss.
This is a great place to eat..service was phenomenal… my server was awesome her name was Kendall and she was really nice, respectful and attentive to my needs.. the food was great and cooked to perfection… will definitely be eating there again on upcoming visits… highly recommended restaurant for great service and great quality food…
I ate here last Tuesday with my friends and we had exceptional service our server Kendra or Kendal was great...she was very pleasant and kept us laughing the bar drinks were a little off but the service made up for it.
Had a great experience at Ruby Tuesday in Eden. Kendal was our server and she was super kind, patient, and professional the whole time. She made sure we were taken care of and kept a good attitude even when things got busy. Some people forget that servers don’t control the food or how it’s made, but Kendal still went above and beyond. I’ll definitely be coming back. Props to the whole team.

I’m only giving one star because of the waiter, the food was awful it was cooked wrong, and I sent it back and it was the same steak re cooked, and it was still wrong when they brought it back out, so it was sent to the kitchen again and they re cooked the same steak to the point it was no longer edible. They also messed up the other steak that we ordered.
It was a very busy day so we sat at the bar to eat. DeErica was tending bar, mixing drinks and serving other people.
We were so impressed with her positive attitude, kindness and patience that we had to tell others.
DeErica is amazing and I am so glad we decided to eat at Ruby Tuesdays!

Way better than last time I ate at 1. 15 yrs ago. The food use to be great, then they did a menu change. I stopped going all my favorites were gone.
