We have 2 Subways in Eden and this one in the Walmart area is the best by far. Best food. Best employees. They do their job right. Slow and steady and never messy! We eat there alot.
They are awesome at the ones in Eden their clean an do a excellent job 👍
There was a long blonde hair in my sub today.
I've try calling the store numerous times,
but no answer 😕 So disappointed 😞

Abruptly closed at 6pm on April 6th, took my mobile order, and marked it fulfilled on the app at 7:40pm. We go here a lot, as u can see from the receipt.
HORRIBLE! We placed an online order right about 6:00 pm. Notification said that order would be ready about 6:20 pm. We received notification that said order was ready, so we went to the restaurant to pick it up. The lobby was extremely packed and when we went in to pick up our order there were many people complaining about how long they had been waiting for their orders. One of the workers told the other worker that they should lock the door and only do door dash orders. We left for a few minutes to let the crowd thin out; however, when we returned at 6:45 pm to see if our order was ready one of the workers told us that they were not doing any more orders. We explained we had placed our order right about 6:00 pm on the app, but he told us we were NOT getting our order and we could take it up with corporate. I realize the restaurant was closing at 7:00 pm, but as previously stated we placed our order on the app right about 6:00 pm. We now have no food and are out of the money we paid for the food. I have attempted to find a way to cancel the order or request a refund without any success. I have called different phone numbers with no answer. Van Buren Rd location in Eden has POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and RUDE EMPLOYEES!
Absolutely deplorable sandwiches!!! Both footlong sandwiches came drowning in mayonnaise. I ordered “more” mayonnaise, but it appears they put half a bottle on each sandwich. It was essentially a mayo sandwich. So much so we couldn’t even taste anything other than mayonnaise. And to add insult to injury, for the umpteenth time I was not given the double meat I ordered.
I wish I had taken pictures, but my fury got the best of me as they were both slam dunked in the trash can.
I hear there is a Class Action lawsuit pending against Subway for not providing the double meat when ordered on take out/delivery orders.
Why can’t folks prepare the food they serve as if they were going to eat it themselves?
Got food poisoning after eating breakfast here.

My son and I love it here he gets treated like a regular I get treated like a regular We Talk Amongst the employees when there's no one in there it's great atmosphere feel at home, I'm comfortable there and the food is great

The visibility of the meat being served has diminished compared to previous standards. Additionally, the general ambiance created by the staff appears strained and uncomfortable, which negatively impacts the overall dining experience.

I must say, I have never had a negative experience at this particular subway. There are more than one in this area, but I choose to come to this one because of the service that I have received.With me having multiple sclerosis and kidney failure, I find it hard for me to find things that I can eat that doesn’t upset my stomach. but every time I come there they go above and beyond to make Exactly what I want and need to stay healthy. To Anna Marie and Amy and also the store manager I thank you guys. I enjoy my time chatting with you guys and I appreciate your hospitality. P.S……I’ll be back tomorrow.

I went to order 26.00 worth of food and my mom gave me a fifty and they wouldn’t take it. I ordered almost 30.00 dollars worth
On 5/10/2024, I ordered the "monster sub" online, and when I got home an opened it, it was a just a regular steak sub. Try calling the store but didn't answer. Very disappointed. Now I am stuck with a sub that I didn't pay for. Now, the store is now closed. I will be calling in the morning. I have the receipt.
It is 5/11/2024, I have try calling the store back after they open, which is 9 am. Now it is 10 o'clock, so for a whole hour I have been trying to call to speak with a manager but no one will answer the damn phone. Now, I am starting to get pissed. Bout to contact headquarters on this situation.
