Just came home with a meatball sub. Went to take bite of second part of sandwich and that meatball was hard, very hard. Looked at it, and it was burned black. The second meatball partially burned. Why would you serve that trash?

We went in for dinner tonight . The only customers in there were us. The girl working was talking on her ear pod having a whole conversation, literally left the ham and cheese off the sub and made a huge sloppy mess of the subs. Terrible service.

Today July 9, 2024, 4:30 PM. Terrible service, and if it is a doordash they think they are going to be robbed. If you don't like them, better buy somewhere else! It's because from time to time I do doordash, yes I do, but in my car, AND I DON'T OWE MY CAR TO ANYONE, AND I AM MY OWN BOSS, although there are people who do not know honesty BECAUSE I DO DOORDASH WHEN I NEED IT! And he IS MONEY ? HONORED! These women who work there think that they are going to ask them, it seems that they do not know, that for each customer's purchase, the salary they are paid comes out! Only of the 3 there is only one that is friendlier. The other two are terrible at customer service! They have to take the bread to the car and they spend 30 minutes and one wasting gas in their car and in the end of desperation I ended up going in to get the order and saying that they didn't have it and the order was cold in their bureau. MY GOD! People come and leave and I'm there like stupid and they just took my bread, if they don't want to serve, they should look for another job, I think. Ah! and they gave me the bread, yes very well wrapped, yes of course, but when I took it out of the packaging it was exaggeratedly with all the guts out, OMG ?

I don’t know who hired these kids in this location. They treat people as if you were asking for free food. They use this place as a dating location, and I know this because I’ve seen it with my own eyes. Always on their phones, friends gathers, grooming and relaxing on the tables. If you do the delivery they treat you as if you were stealing. Making you wait up to 30 minutes. If you ask on the app to take your order to your car with tips, you will dry out waiting outside, because they don’t want to take your order outside.This will be the last time I visit the two locations that this city has, the first one are friendly but give you your order half done, and this location is such a disappointment.

Best thing about subway is the coupons. Any sub for $3.49 is a great deal. I have yet to see them slice any meat like the commercial and store sign advertises.
