Went to the Wendy’s in Eden NC tonight, Friday Oct 10th. Man, I was having such a busy busted day that I didn’t even get to grab food till 9:30 at night. I thought, “Welp, anywhere fast’ll mess up, but I like everything at Wendy’s.” Y’all, I had to eat my words with my meal tonight.
Everything was rung up so fast, fries were hot and salty, just perfect. Whatever team they had tonight, keep em all! That service and meal squeezed the sour right outa me. My meal was a blessing that brought light to the darkness. It made my whole day come to a good end. It was all that and the best fries I’ve ever had from there! Just wanted to let y’all know I appreciated it so very much. I really needed a pick me up and Wendy’s came through HAM tonight.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Anyone can have a bad day, but apparently all the drive thru staff are miserable in life. They are the rudest people I've ever seen running a drive thru. It takes nothing out of your day, to at least say thank you. If not for the people ordering at the drive thru, these people wouldn't have a job. In my opinion, they don't need this job. Go somewhere else to work if you're so miserable!!

The staff was very rude. The drink machine was disgusting and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in several days. We asked for a refund before our food was even ready after seeing how dirty everything was.

Worst place in Eden for breakfast, awful service they don’t want you there and they don’t want to be there, 10 minute wait with no one else in the restaurant. Food was good after it was finally delivered, not trying Wendy’s breakfast again!

Ordered online for pickup in drive thru. Person at drive thru tells me I have to come inside. Manager walks up to me says I'm messing up everything that I ordered for inside. I pulled up my order that clearly states drive thru oder. I asked for a refund because he was being so rude. Was told he couldn't refund it. I left without food I paid for because didn't trust waiting for them to make it. Felt like it would have been messed with!
We had an issue our first go-round with our order for our son's chicken nuggets Happy meal at the Eden location and we live on the other side of Madison had to turn around and go back to have it replaced from the other side of Madison and the manager David that's awesome and replace my son's Happy meal as well as complimentary 3 Frosty's @ no extra charge. He was very great and helpful and accommodated us very well we're thankful for Mr David's help I'm fixing our sons Happy meal

Asked for ketchup, and got yelled at. Couldn't believe so drove away in the hope he knew what he was doing, but he forgot my straw. I won't be yelled at ordering a simple meal. Decided to come back just to be given something I'd never eat and overcharged. Won't be back.
