My wife & I have been customers of this restaurant for 20+ years.The sandwiches have always been excellent, but in recent years, being able to call in an order has been very problematic.I am sitting in the restaurant as I write this review, & noticed two telling facts.First, the phone isn't ringing. When my wife tried calling, it rang before an automated message stated the user had "a full inbox (which has been a fact for years now).Second, I was the ONLY customer inside awaiting my order. A couple of people did come in for what I can only suspect were call-in orders, but how did they accomplish that?! If it was incredibly slow on a weekend night, why would employees NOT answer the phone?To conclude, I spend my hard earned money with the expectation that I receive quality customer service. I don't expect someone to bend over backward, but efficiency and timeliness are important.

Their subs were fantastic!!!! I got the super sub. They put so much meat on it. It was so fat I couldn't bit into it. A wonderful problem. This prices were very reasonable. It was so good we went back again the next day with my son and husband. I got their fish plate, they got fish sub and Mexican sub. Everyone just loved their meal.
