we went there food lunch and they act like we wasn't there people came in behind us got there food before we did and they gave our food in a to-go plate, even the waitress said she doesn't know why we haven't receive our food yet. i think it was because the color of our skin. this happen last year summer time i hope they have a new cook or new management! (we order wings)

Just had lunch there and waited an hour and 15 minutes after ordering to get our food. Other people that came in after us got their food and ate by the time we did. When waitress was asked about the status of our food, no good reason was given and no apology given. Waitress did not come to the table to let us know that our food would be delayed. Sisters steak and cheese was cold. My mother and I both ordered tenders and chips. When food came, one had fries. When the waitress was told, she wanted to be argumentative that she remembered one of us asked for fries. Will not be returning to eat here.

Worst service I’ve ever had. We waited 20 minutes to be seated and no one even spoke to us during the wait. The girl who took our drink and food orders was terrible. Extremely rude and no personality whatsoever. It took her 5 different times to split our bill correctly after her being repeatedly how it was split. It seemed like it may have been her first day on the job but you can AT LEAST be friendly.

Really good buffalo wings. Family enjoyed the cheese steak and kids meals too. Ranch was top notch. The atmosphere is a bit loud with some of the folks around the bar being quite rowdy.

My father ordered a large pepperoni and cheese pizza split. The cheese had to be cut first because I'm allergic to pork. The staff were so kind and they followed my weird request. The pizza was hot and delicious. We both enjoyed it and definitely will be back.

its one of a few places you can have an adult beverage and great pub grub and best pizza in Edenton,see lot of same folks so nice for conversation at bar while many tvs and they change channel to provide entertainment.
Lunch at Governor's Pub today! I ordered the Prime Rib French Dip & Fries and my friend had the Bacon Cheddar Burger! The food was excellent along with the service. Great atmosphere, as well!

Food was amazing. Restaurant was nice and at first our waitress seemed very kind, but then when we were asking questions about our bill which they charged us extra for everything, she kinda got a little attitude when we didn’t understand something, and then when I asked to speak to the manager, she told me she was the manager. And then she was talking to us like we were stupid. That’s the only reason I will not go back to the restaurant I don’t care how good their food is. Plus charging a dollar extra for childs drink refill is absolutely ridiculous. Its not like they are drinking specialty drinks, it was tea and soda. I wouldve been ok with that, but when we had 6 extra dressings added to our bill, but only got 3 and when questioned the waitress/manager (she so claimed) said that 6 extra dressings where 3 dressings. The math isnt mathing. And then explained to us again like we are dumb.. it rubbed me the wrong way, and sadly though even though the food was absolutely delicious, and the olace was very clean and inviting, i will not be going back. I would rather had crappy food and bad atmosphere then to have a waitress belittle me and try to say 3 is the same as 6. Its a shame to, because i wouldve been a repeat customer if this incident had not of happened
