Bought some BBQ from Food Lion several days ago and I was shocked to see the BBQ in the container. Didn’t look or smell like BBQ. It was smush and not shredded or pieces of meat. It looked like a spread on potted meat. I have never seen BBQ like this. The taste was extremely mild, nothing to brag about. Will not purchase this again. Very disappointing! It then caused a MAJOR GI upset with 30 minutes after eating. Apparently despite the use by date the BBQ was bad!!!

I think it may be time to take these reviews seriously 1.9 and every single review is bad!!!! I recently purchased moldy barbecue from family foods in the past it usually was just the coleslaw being rotten every single time I bought it but this time it was the barbecue! When I brought it back they said others had the same problem

The food was delicious and plentiful. The staff were very polite and friendly with professionalism. This is a good place where I can return. May I suggest that they give the sign a refresher so people don’t pass it and have to turn around

I purchased Nixon’s Crab Salad from Piggy Wiggly and there is absolutely no reason to have 920mg of sodium in a 12oz container! That’s very dangerous! Unless you reduce the sodium in this product please stop all distributions to Piggly Wiggly. Thanks.

I bought a 32 oz container of bbq from Food Lion on 07/04/2024 with a sell by date 07/26/24. I have to say I was really disappointed when I first opened the container. It looked like potted meat, but after I started cooking it it changed its appearance to look like regular bbq. It was after after all really good.

The food is delicious and the staff was so friendly and welcoming. Honestly, the best chicken salad I’ve ever had. Defiant recommend for dinner if you’re in the area.
My fiancé family spoke very highly of this place. So we decided to use them for our event. Servings for a party of 30 and all the sides was completely watered down. The Chicken was decent. I will recommend a taste testing before ordering.

We were out sight seeing and geocaching in Edenton. Lucky for us it was Sunday and they are opened from 11 AM to 3 PM. Wow talk about a buffet this was the bomb. If you can't load your plate here you can't load it anywhere. There is something for everyone. It was fresh and delicious. The waitresses are friendly. Our drinks were refilled promptly.

Very crowded environment for a meal and play. AveraSge food primarily fried chicken. Barbecue, and pork chop. Several vegetables available. Banana pudding cup for dessert.

We finally made it to Edenton for the Thursday lunch buffet. We arrived shortly after 11 am. There were just a few people when we arrived but by the time we were leaving it was pretty full. There was a big selection of meats (fried chicken, pork barbecue, barbecue chicken, ribs and more), vegetables and desserts (pies, cakes, banana pudding, fruit). Everything we tried was very good and the price was very reasonable. All the staff were friendly and helpful. We'll definitely be back.
