The food was terrible on March 14,2024 but as bad as the food was the service was worse. The manager, Kristie F. Was rude, angry, and threatening. Called the corporate headquarters 3 times to find out they are a franchise and they had reported to the district manager. But here we are a week later and still no phone call. They have gotten the last penny from me.

Guess it wouldn’t be bad if you wanted a cheesy burrito (with steak because they were out of chicken & beef) that was almost all rice! Literally only 2 small bites in the whole thing had the smallest amount of meat I’ve ever seen.

Here in Edenton it’s slim choices to start. But management of this store makes it easy to choose anywhere else. Multiple times I’ve placed orders or drive thru orders and are out of essentials. No beans…. No meat???? And just a few days ago. No tortillas!!!??? And your store is in front of a Grocery store??? Do better.

I just want all of the food I paid for... this is the 3rd time.... I give up. I tried calling the store but got no response. I know it's late and it's not worth my time to even do so, but I'm not spending extra fuel to turn around to pick up the food they forgot; either without someone paying me for my fuel and time.What really blows my mind is that I ordered a combo that required cheese and chips but was given a bag with cheese only.... ???Btw... who is ordering the food inventory? Why are they always out of something? Is it because of the location? Stingy owners?The people wanna know!? ?I understand it is a Taco Bell, so I gave it 3 stars.... but still... yall killing me, man.

Ordered online through app. Went inside after 5 minutes. No one acknowledged me or the front counter for 15 minutes and then said my order was behind a lot of other orders and still did not get my food until I had been waiting inside for 25-30 minutes. This was NOT fast food. They gave me a couple coupons for a free taco so I guess that was supposed to fix everything.

We usually go layer at night around 930-10 when my daughter gets off of work. The food by no means is bad but they are usually out of a lot of things when we go. Just be wary of a limited menu when you go later in the night.

When this location has the ingredients to make food - it's not bad. HOWEVER - this is location has consistent issues with having what they need to make your food. Since we have moved back to Edenton they have been out of hard shells, soft shells, chicken, beef, veggies, eggs (during breakfast) and the fryer has been down numerous times.
