Decided to stop for some Ice cream. Atmosphere was great, staff were great. Ordered the 4 piece chicken with corn nuggets, was great. Also ordered a dipped ice cream which had to go in a cup because the ice cream was too soft per employee, we had no problem with. We also had two ice cream cones, the chocolate had frostbite was the only thing I was disappointed with.

I visit Edenton so often to have a Family reunion. Most of the places closed early, but thanks to the Freeze, which accommodates, many people in the area. The food is great, the people are nice and the place, The Freeze, has nice hospitality. I will always visit the Freeze, again , when I venture to the Edenton area. Well Done!

I just bought a blt and was told they ran out of bread so they put it on a small hamburger bun. One tiny end piece of tomato,a little bit of lettuce and small amount of bacon but I was charged for a full sandwich. This was a joke!

I've been coming here since I was in 4th grade. I usually speak very highly of this place but, today I ordered an 8 piece (they only had white meat which was a little upsetting because, my son loves the legs but, I went ahead and ordered it anyways because their chicken is usually sooo good) a side of mashed potatoes and gravy , slaw and green beans. The best part of the meal was the slaw and I'm sure it came from the grocery store. I ordered my food at 2:10, they said it would be 25-30 minutes. Came to the drive thru around 2:45 and still had to wait 10-15 minutes at the window. Then.. when I tasted the green beans, they were definitely old and sour, the (instant) mashed potatoes were obviously not mixed well because it crumbled onto my kids plate and the chicken was so dry the hot sauce didn't make a difference. This place is usually so good but, I was sad today... should have went to stop shop.
