Waterfront dining, with great ambiance and decent food. Love the beer flight. The servers are attentive and polite. We came here for dinner with a family of four. I expected better from my tuna; it was difficult to eat and didn't taste fresh which is very concerning. Other reviews stated the same (please fix this issue as unfresh fish can cause stomach problems; my stomach has been problematic since eating it). Whomever manages raw fish there needs to up their game; this should be reliably fresh and taste amazing at a restaurant of this caliber. I would come for drinks and an appetizer instead. Chicken sliders are good. Salads are huge.

We had a nice lunch. The space is beautiful! They spent a lot of time, effort, and money to make it look nice. We shared a burger. It was cooked properly and the cheese and onions were very good. The bartender was super pleasant and engaging.

Wife and I took a 1 1/2 hour road trip on a dreary Friday morning up to Edenton. I had seen The Herringbone on maps and decided on lunch there. Great decision! Wife got fish and chips(flounder and fries), smash burger for me, and both were terrific. We will be back!
