Real, house-made Mexican food. When we were there, they began making our tortillas fresh from masa only after we ordered. Fresh, authentic salsas and tasty rice accompany attractive, traditional antojos. Delicious fresh aguas frescas and Jarritos as well!

Went there for the first time recently for lunch, and the food was absolutely incredible! Good, fast service, and everything I had tasted fantastic!My only critique would be clarity on their operating hours - I do not see them posted anywhere on the building, and I just tried to go there again for dinner, since Google and their website both said they were open, but the doors were locked and nobody seemed to be inside.

This place has awesome tortillas and delicious tacos!!! Both the flour and corn tortillas are homemade. Their soup is delicious, which they provide free with every meal. The food comes out quickly AND is made to order! They sometimes have home made horchata, which is to die for! You can eat inside, or outside in the shade.
1st visit, friendly service, just tried the chicken tacos.....I'll definitely go back to try something else.

I was finally able to stop in. The menu was limited, as all starting restaurants are. I tried the chicken burrito (choice between it, steak and chorizo). Wow was it delicious! The tortilla was clearly homemade. And the mix inside was fresh and packed with flavor. When the food was ready, he included a side of beans. Very good as well. I will be returning and telling everyone I know to stop in. Well done El Rancho!

This is a delightful addition to Efland. Authentic chicken or steak tacos, burritos, and gorditas. Their charros beans are excellent! They have spicy avocado salsa, spicy green salsa, and hot sauce with fresh chips. All homemade tortillas as well. Staff were friendly and attentive, even gave chips while waiting for to-go order. It does have outdoor and indoor seating (indoor closed during Covid), while small in size, packs a punch with delicious food. Worth a visit, will definitely make this a regular stop.

I had a chicken burrito (not quite as good as Tacos Los Altos, but cheaper, and still really good). My son had the charros and couldn't eat them all- leftovers for tomorrow!
