It took way too long to get my food and also the order was not complete I was missing a large curly fry

Very slow delivery that took an hour. The restaurant cooks it "I think" as soon as you put the order in and just let it sit until the driver gets there and the food is cold and does not taste good. It is not worth the money and I think I'm going to stop ordering because this is becoming a waste of money. I now feel sick to my stomach.

Service was definitely with a smile! The quality of food is on par with other Arby's, however the selection seems quite limited in comparison with other Arby's.

Ms. Vicky in the drive through was very nice. Although it took the food forever and it wasn't what I ordered, her customer service made up for it 10x more. I really hope her manager knows that she is the epitome of what fast food customer service is!

Driver was very rude ! Came to wrong side of building and called and complained, then rudely hung up on me when I explained the directions that were in the order notes

Check you Togo bag. They forgot to put in food. I called them. Was told I was calling the wrong store. Been living in steele creek 22 years, so not correct. No sorry, come get what we forgot or anything. Yes I will reverse the charges on my credit card, they did not complete the order.

Brandon at the window, his customer service was absolutely horrible. The order was wrong and the price was 30.00 for 2 burgers, 2 fries, & 2 drinks. Because of Brandon’s horrible customer service, I probably will not be going back to that particular location. If someone doesn’t like working with the public, then why work at a place where one has to interact with the public?

The guy taking our orders was extremely pleasant and patient. Food was delicious! Very hard to find fast food with good workers anymore, so props the the franchise owner/manager who’s in charge of hiring & culture.

The roast beef sandwich was good but the glass of ice was expensive. It's actually offensive how much ice was in my drink. Fortunately I found water and didn't dehydrate. This is shrinkflation at its worst. Guess I'll take my $ elsewhere.

This location is usually very good about their service. With that being said, I went through the drive-thru yesterday and ordered my food with a side of Au Jus. After repeating myself twice, the worker said okay and had me pull around. When I got home with my order, there was no Au Jus included with my food; so I checked the receipt and wasn't even rung up properly - the worker had a side of a different sauce on the order. I didnt come home with ANY sauce..... Today, I went back, just to get Au Jus and they informed me "we are out of that right now". I am extremely disappointed because the food just isn't the same without it AND it was paid for. I dont normally leave negative reviews but this Arby's has lost their sense of pride for their products and customers. This is not the 1st time recently this Arby's has not been able to serve me the Au Jus of theirs that I love so much!

I actually liked this location. Nice and quiet meal. Even the staff came and checked on me. Food was delicious. Plenty of roast beef on my sandwich. I will be back.This is day 2 now. August 15, 2022 and I am happy to announce that it wasn’t a fluke. This location cares about their customers. The food is great yet again. Customer service was great again. Thank you guys and gals for making my second visit just as great as my first. I’m about to grab another roast beef sandwich. Yum.
