We stopped here for some coffee on the way to Conway SC. There were four people in our party, and we were all satisfied with our beverages. They have many sugar free options, including sugar free base for Frappuccinos, and many premade flavor combinations. The staff members were very friendly, and it was a great detour on our day trip.

Stopped by before dawn. They were super friendly and patient—as there are nearly hundreds of flavors to choose from!! Seriously, they have more flavor combinations than any coffee shop you ever been to! And if you don’t find one you like they’ll gladly make any combination of your choice. They also have a fully loaded menu of teas, frappes, smoothies and protein shakes. Stopped in early yesterday morning as I was in Elizabethtown before the sun was up and needed something to wake me up. As soon as I walked in, the folks in the coffee shop were sweet and welcoming. Wanted to try something different & they made me a perfect summer recommendation. My iced coconut latte was delicious. Shoutout to the staff at Barefoot Brew with all your energy before 6 AM.

This is my favorite coffee shop and has been for years I just kept forgetting to write a review. Amazing drinks and food! The coffee is amazing and so is the service and atmosphere. Coming here will show you small town charm at its finest. The owners and staff here make you feel at home and offer great recommendations!! The coffee shop and their sister business barefoot sandwich shop also in Elizabethtown are both gems! Also bring your dogs they are pet friendly and offer pup cups!
