Very clean and well operated Restaurant. The Staff all work as a Family here. And it shows how much they enjoy their present Manager. Food has always been Good for Me every visit.

Ordered online, when I get there I Go through drive-through to pick up my order service was OK, but I was the only customer I was told to pull up when I came to the window thinking maybe they had to cook some of my food no problem. I sit there and wait. She brings my bag out and my food is cold like not even the slightest bit of warmth and I’m missing items. I could understand if they were busy, but I was the only customer.🤨

It would be nice, if the tables and seats were cleaned. I was instructed that they know their job I did not have to tell him how to do it, obviously to a point I did, ie pictures. I walked thru a small area of the restaurant Burger King, I know that they are blurry. I was walking. At least now they are currently cleaning the seating area. There were literally no places whatsoever to set that was not dirty from the previous customers.
They fix your food the way they want to fix it serve cold food. They don’t care about what you eating they just want to get pass they shift. The employees probably don’t eat there!! My order should have been correct and it was an online order. Make sure you include you want your food fresh and hot because they give you scraps from yesterday!!!

My original review for this Burger King was that it is very consistent and they always get my order right. In the last 3 months this place has gone down fast. Every single time I order it is missing something. Breakfast or dinner, it will be missing the eggs, cheese or my double burger will be missing a patty. EVERY TIME I HAVE ORDERED IN THE LAST 3 MONTHS! It's happened so many times the app doesn't even rectify the situation any more. I have to wait for an email and send pictures of proof and wait for a week to hear back. I'm done with this location. My family ate here 3 times a week. We won't anymore.
Young lady working the cash register was very polite, helpful and friendly.

OK, let me explain something when you're frying onion rings or churros they need to be fried in clean oil... I have no complaints about customer service. They're great, but when it comes to frying, they need to change that oil. I was not able to eat my onion Rings or my churros. They were cooked in old oil.. If.
