The food was good, it was fixed correctly how I ordered it. It was really busy the manger was in the back working hard to get the orders out, going between drive thru and the front counter. She was doing an amazing job.

Im a semi driver.I got here early around 850a on a Sat. Before I could even get to the door I was told very rudely by 2 burger king employees smokinh right outside the front door that they werent open. That I had to use the drive through. I told them I didnt have a car. They said walk. Im going to call the corporate office. Maybe they could do something about there employees.

I went to Burger King last night n went through the drive thru My wait time in line was 15min when I got up there I said to them that I had waited for 15 min why was it so long n the manager gave me the food n slammed the window close on me hard n gave me a mean look, going there at night is a nightmare the kids there take there time n play around there in stead of getting the food out fast, now correct me if I'm wrong but it is a fast food place at least thats what they say, so im giving it a 3 rating.

Very dirty. They were out of straws and onion rings. The dining room garbage was overflowing. There were chemicals within reach of children in the lady's bathroom. I had already ordered through drive thru and decided to stop in to use the restroom. If I had been inside first, I would not have ordered from there.

So I love Burger King breakfast and every morning sometime I will go there depending on my moodJuly 28, 2023 at 7:28 AM I went to get breakfast and this woman’s full soul song through the intercom. I couldn’t hear her and I told her I couldn’t hear her and she Started to have an attitude and scream at me through the intercom. Other lady came in and they talk to me like I was doing something wrong even though I told them I cannot hear them very well. I wasn’t sure it was her headphone, but I couldn’t hear her and yet when I got to the window they’re all looking at me, including the guy in a bag coming up, staring at me like I was the problem like I did something wrong.How this happens I’m trying to figure outNobody needs to be there if they’re that, unhappy and wanna blame somebody else just because I could hear through intercom because they’re volume was down for whatever reasonI just wanna say thank you for ruining my day to start like you. I have a job to with a chronic pain I go to work every day don’t act like you’re the only one working.SO THEY EVEN REPEAT IT MY ORDER AND SCREAMING THEY OUT OF SPRIT …they still gave me #1 combo instead #2 I ask for with no cheese Wow just wowDo better

My boyfriend went to this location and ordered food and when he got to the window, the employees were screaming and playing around with a bug! He said tell them to make sure they wash their hands etc because that’s nasty! I called later to this location and asked for the franchise owners and the girl couldn’t answer, she put on Suzette who advised she was the manager, I asked for the franchise owner and she said Carolls which is out of NY! I hope they have someone locally that looks after this place! I doubt it! I tried to file a BBB complaint however they are not accredited when I told her our concerns she said it was a spider and bugs were everywhere and hung up on me! What kind of customer service is this? Do better Burger King! My first job was Burger King in 1993 and we would never act like this! You don’t have to worry about us anymore EVER! Get some better management that doesn’t hang up when someone complains!

We don't eat out to often. I was quickly reminded why today. This was the sorriest food. They left off the bacon on my husband bacon double cheeseburger. The fries wasn't even halfway cooked. Our sweet tea had no sweet & it had things other than tea leaves in the cup. The burgers were cold. If they had 1/4 stars, that's what they would get.

I mean everything was great until we got our cups for the new coke machine. Which we discovered only has "zero" type drink options, and the drink that they advertised, SURGE, wasn't available. I would've even chosen the zero option but that wasn't available. Thought to myself, maybe we'll just have sweet tea and would you know it that was out too. Just empty.Now I'm thinking, they have to know it's like this, it's not busy. We were the only customers other than a family of four. Why would you even give us cups? Finally we asked if they had tea in "the back," we got our cups filled and I went to find seats. Not a table was clean, okay maybe 2 or 3 tables were clean. You may think who goes to Burger King to sit down and eat. Well, we do, or use to. It's something that we did in our 20's when we wanted to grab a quick bite before a movie; it's nostalgic.Seeing these companies and employees seemingly not care about their establishments is disheartening. I hate to eat 'member berries but I remember when I was a teenager working fast food and how much pride I had in my $7.25 per hour job and ensuring that the dining room remained cleaned and stocked. If we can't even do the bare minimum just give up at this point.

Terrible customer service the manager Mrs Corina makes every visit miserable she talks about customers like we can’t hear her through that thin drive through window then leaves her employees to deal with the customer telling them to say they don’t know her name .
