FOOD WAS NOT THAT GOOD. NO TASTE. GOT THE SHRIMP AND FLOUNDER PLATTER. 6 SMALL SHRIMP AND 2 VERY SMALL PIECES OF FLOUNDER.

Sat down ordered and had a steak and sides in front of me in less than 10 minutes. Food was phenomenal. The only thing negative was the restaurant was uncomfortably warm. The ac seemed to be struggling to keep up with the summer weather.

This place has excellent steaks. However, I thought I would try the salmon this trip and I found it to be a bit dry. Had great flavor but dry. The waitress was not very accommodating. She had no personality, very soft spoken and never offered to refill my tea. On the way out, no one even bothered to say "thank you" or anything at all, for that matter.

We went here for the first time tonight. There are two entrances. Both have a sign saying wait to be seated. No problem right?? Wrong!! We stood there 10 minutes before we were even acknowledged. Then it was only to ask how many people, (Only 3). During that time waiting to be acknowledged, another group of 6 came in the other door approximately 5 minutes after us. They were seated ahead of us as we continued to wait with no communication or further acknowledgment. After another 5 minutes they finally seated us. Coincidentally next to the party they had seated ahead of us. No Queue seating or first come first serve obviously. We had to wait for the whole other party to get drinks and order before we could even get a drink. Another 15 minute delay. Then we had to get the waitress’ attention to finally get our order in. One person ordered a salad in my party and it came with dressing in a foil pack (not typical at a true steakhouse). Once the order was in it came in a reasonable amount of time (15 minutes). However the chopped sirloin I ordered was pre cooked and not fresh. The steak fries were all clumped together with minimal taste for the few that I could eat. Having to get the waitress’ attention for a refill after she walked by several times seeing a empty glsss was frustrating. No management in sight the entire time I was there. Normally small towns with restaurants like this it’s all about the owner/management relationship with their customers but apparently doesn’t matter to them. Price was high for the quality of the food and service. I will say they have variety for sure however. That’s what attracted us to give it a try. Very disappointed at how it turned out.

Second time going in a month . Been going for years but since the new manager took office over restaurant went down hill. Her customer service is certainly lacking. She seems very spiteful as the attached photo of the raw broken apart chopped sirloin attest to. Wonder if she was trying to make me sick DO NOT EAT HERE! Maybe if you are near the Leland location you should try but not the Elizabethtown location until the manager is fired.

I honestly was skeptical because of mixy reviews, but from the waiter, service and food everything was amazing! I had grilled shrimp platter w/ mixed veggies and mash potatoes and it was very delicious! I would def recommend it!
