I normally order from her at least 3 times a week. It is almost alway over a $25 order. However on 4/20 at 6:01pm I placed an order for my kids and was having it delivered. Now this same guy delivers to my house almost Every time. ( My son doesn’t care for him because one time he called my son “cutie”. And it made him uncomfortable). So he does the delivery but when he gets there he doesn’t ring the doorbell and doesn’t call the number on the account. He jus starts to leave. My son sees him getting in his car so he walks out on the porch, but the guy still leaves. So I call Dominos and the little girl on the phone I think she was the manager is so rude and not willing to help in anyway. So she continues to tell me that he’s otw back to the store that I will have to pick it up. (I only live a mile from the store). But I wasn’t home and my children don’t drive. So I tell her ma’am I order from u guys all the time. She then interrupts and saids your not going to talk to me like that. So I guess ur not eating pizza tonight and hangs up on. She’s right I’ll never eat from there again. I ordered Pizza Hut.. Do better Dominos…. Hire ppl would wants to make you money not lose it.

I have ordered pizza twice and both times my pizza has been delivered cold and at least an hour after it has come out of the oven! They got me twice they won’t get me a third time. If they don’t have drivers they shouldn’t offer delivery! I called both times and was told it would be here in 15 minutes and it arrived at least 30-45 minutes late. It takes 2 hours plus to have a pizza delivery. When I tried calling back again they hung up each time.

Order @4:49 @ 6:11 still not here? Called manager say they have been slammed shortage of drivers (,my ",tracker says it been over 40 minutes since it was done) but will be here any minute 20 minutes later canceled order 25 minutes later driver shows up. Manager no apologies no regret no compensation, didn't even give me the cold food.3 hours or more it's free?

Ordered on the app! 2 pizzas for less than $15 is way cheaper than I could go to the grocery store for which is crazy. Cooked quick, got my food hot, and tasted great! The man at the pick up window was on it and help me quickly.

Manager was great. I had an issue with my order. She listened and understood and made it right. I will never get the name right but something like Keane was her name. I soles made the mistake but she helped me get what I needed. Great customer service!

Well their app is still not working. So I called and and they never answered the 2nd time I called. Because it was close to closing time. So I tried ordering pizza for 1 hour .my Mother passed Monday and we needed to feed everyone but no luck. I just wish they could fix their app.

I went to the drive thru and I didn't realize it was for pick up. No one greeted me. So I went inside and staff came up to take order but not friendly at all. I don't know it should be more enthusiasm.
I'd give less if I could . Ordered a pasta and a sandwich yesterday and the sandwich was awful. Was piled high with peppers and onions, but 1 very thin layer of meat. Highly disappointed with Dominoes in Elizabethtown
