Giorgio's Restaurant & Pizza

Had a late lunch today , the food was delicious and the service was exemplary ! Candice Carroll went way about and beyond , one of the absolute best wait staff servers I’ve ever experienced. She always had a smile on her face, and checked on us often. Giorgio’s is very blessed to have this young lady on their staff. I’m be asking for her area from now on .

We had a party of 10 today and the service and food was good. my only complaint is the horrible loud music. We've been coming here for you years and they always had beautiful Italian music. It was classless having rap and radio. It was brought to the staffs attention but nothing was done. A bit dissappointed as it put a damper on the whole Italian experience.

Great food, with great service. New to the area and very happy with the Giorgio special and the cheese ravioli we picked up. Looks like I found my new favorite place for pizza and Italian food

Allow you to sit there 15-20 minutes never come to the table to take the order ask for the manager and she stands there and look at you like she's stupid would not recommend that to nobody

Started with Calamari and Fried Ravioli. Got pizzas and pasta. Food came quick, tasted great, and the glasses were never empty. Troy was fantastic! Tentative, friendly, and on the spot with everything needed to make dinner a great experience.

Food is amazing but service is slow. Lady at the window left it open and continued to argue with colleagues about whose food was whose.

My husband and I decided to celebrate our 24th Anniversary and have a nice dinner at this establishment. It started off nice. The salad was good, the appetizer was good. Then we waited and waited and waited. 45 minutes after getting our appetizer our meal was still not there. The very nice waitress said she would comp the appetizer and find out what was taking so long. Another 10 minutes passed and when it finally arrived I was beyond disappointed. I ordered a rare steak and received an overcooked brown chewy steak. The waitress wanted to know how she could fix it but I wasn't willing to wait another hour for a properly cooked steak. I had to go to the car because I was so upset that my special dinner was ruined. While we did receive a small discount, I didn't feel like the owner cared at all. After the waitress asked him to discount our meal I feel as if the issues should have been addressed by management personally. He never came to apologize and that meal should have been fully comped. We've been going here for years on special occasions. This is the 3rd consecutive time in the past few months I've been disappointed by this establishment. I honestly thought the 1st two were just a bad night. I no longer feel that way. It's clearly bad kitchen management. I only gave 2 stars because the wait staff are doing their best and very attentive. It's not their fault.
