everytime i visit this location i find a fair in my food. recently i ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit from here and later discovered a small hair fried into my egg. i was completely disgusted and i couldn’t believe it. the atmosphere was pretty clean but i guess some workers aren’t taking the pro cautions that are needed.

To be fair, I eat there a lot because the quality is generally better than anywhere else in town, as far as fast food. But if you go through the DT they ask every single car to pull up. If you’re inside it takes forever because they are always understaffed and focus is on the DT. I get they are managing for profit, but it’s 100% mismanaged to provide service.

I don't know about you but when I pull up real fast food restaurant and order my food pay for it and I should be able to pull away with my food not sit for 15 minutes and wait and then have to argue with another customer this hard is either needs to be shut down or a better manager

Burgers were very dry almost old tasting, fries felt like chewing on rubber straws. Service has absolutely zero personality which is a shame, that’s one thing I look forward to the most at any restaurant. Atmosphere was absolutely nasty, when me and my wife pulled up there were no customers or anyone in the drive thru, noticing the floors were dirty as can be, tables with food remnants, seems they had time to atleast sweep the floors or something. This was just overall not a good visit.
