I don't know about you but when I pull up real fast food restaurant and order my food pay for it and I should be able to pull away with my food not sit for 15 minutes and wait and then have to argue with another customer this hard is either needs to be shut down or a better manager

Burgers were very dry almost old tasting, fries felt like chewing on rubber straws. Service has absolutely zero personality which is a shame, that’s one thing I look forward to the most at any restaurant. Atmosphere was absolutely nasty, when me and my wife pulled up there were no customers or anyone in the drive thru, noticing the floors were dirty as can be, tables with food remnants, seems they had time to atleast sweep the floors or something. This was just overall not a good visit.

The Customer service is beyond what we have ever had. The food is the best everything was just the right temperature and the fries were just the right salt. It is a clean atmosphere. Come check this Hardee's out. Shout out to managers at this store. Keep up the great work.

One of the cleanest Hardee's around including the bathrooms. Employees were nice and patient with kids making changes to their order.

Went to Hardee's this morning ordered over the intercom . The lady that was working the drive through she had a nasty attitude. when we got to the window the girl acted like she couldn't stand that we had a coupon for 1 blueberry biscuit ? so we tried to pay for our food and the card only paid for 2 dollars worth while trying to pay for the rest my phone was acting up so I requested to pay inside I don't know if that's something you can do but the lady still had an attitude about us even asking. I don't know her name but she's always usually at the drive through when we get breakfast. Never again will that happen I'm sick of trying to get breakfast from this place and all you experience is bad attitudes like people hate their job if your running drive through why does it take you asking everyone else for their opinions your at the drive through lady do your job and smile sometimes hopefully this is seen and attitudes are addressed.
