Drive thru worker: can you pull up for me Me: there’s nobody behind me. DTW: but our clock runs until you pull up Me: I’m aware. I’m not here to help you manipulate your times. You want your clock to stop get better. To be fair, I eat there a lot because the quality is generally better than anywhere else in town, as far as fast food. But if you go through the DT they ask every single car to pull up. If you’re inside it takes forever because they are always understaffed...

The Customer service is beyond what we have ever had. The food is the best everything was just the right temperature and the fries were just the right salt. It is a clean atmosphere. Come check this Hardee's out. Shout out to managers at this store. Keep up the great work.

I rarely post negative ratings, but this Hardee's really needs to quit microwaving old breakfast sandwiches because it makes them tough and scaldingly hot to eat with the melted cheeses. I got a Frisco Breakfast sandwich the other day this way and wrote it off as a one time thing until today when my husband and I got a Frisco Sandwich again and a sausage biscuit, and they were the same way. Some of the staff is nice when I have come though I don't go to this location...
