Jersey Mike's Subs

Every time I go there I get greeted by many ladies and they are always so sweet! They are more than happy to accommodate me whenever I ask for softer bread since my jaw isn’t so strong. One of my favorite spots for lunch. I always see it so empty & I wish other people would give this place a chance

Dana makes the BEST subs/ sub bowls, everyone in my work place also orders and they know whether or not she made their sub bowl/sub sandwich. We love when she makes our food, she works so hard every single day and does an amazing job with making people smile. ♥️

This store worst one yet . For got to add things that sub comes with .meat on one spot ..Just Sad !!!

The food is always good but I wish the customer service was better. Just picked up an order that was supposed to be ready at 620. Got there and waited a few minutes before even being acknowledged, come to find out the didn't even start the order. Once they gave me the food the young lady who made it didn't apologize for the wait. Didn't thank me for coming or enjoy my food. It was just a here ya go.

My family loves Jersey Mike's. We used to eat at this Elizabethtown location twice a week. Now we only go about once a month because every time we go our order is completely wrong or they have forgotten to make it even though it was ordered in advance. There's never any apology for us having to wait 15 minutes for them to make it when we get there or having to bring it back from the house because they gave us someone else's order. This can be a really good place but the workers don't care, aren't required to apologize or make it right when they inconvenience people, and the owner never responds to email concerns.

Horrible service. Employees just look at you when you there and don't say "I'll b with you in a minute". They just keep staring at you like they a zombie. Won't b coming back no time soon.

In my opinion if you want a variety of veggies to build your sub or salad go to the local subway!
