I went to McDonalds and used an offer in the app. The reward was a free any size fry with the purchase of any size drink. The fry was free and the drink was 1.49 plus tax. I was charged 9.06. I called and requested a manager. He was confused even after I explained it several times. He then handed the phone to another lady that was pleasant but unable to resolve the issue. She asked me did I have a receipt. I said yes, somewhere, but I have to find it. She said since I left there was really nothing that she could do. That is crazy work! I was incorrectly charged but there is nothing that they can do?! I went online and used the contact us feature. Hopefully somebody will contact me so that they can process a refund of the overcharge. I have went other times and had no problem but this experience will definitely make me reconsider going to this one in the future.

Seems to me there's a problem trying to find good help that actually wants to be there and do there job correctly.Either it be a regular employee or manager.Something is always wrong with the fries or whatever food I order.The workers are nice I give them that.but some are so naive,don't know what they are doing or don't do there job correctly.They seem to love serving old food.I understand not wanting to have too much waste.but maybe don't make so much ahead.I also don't like how some employees mostly females that have attitude or are just rude to customers.Anyways McDonald's owner really needs to reevaluate the whole crew.
The place was a mess, I ordered online and went in to get my order. While I was waiting for it I went to the bathroom, which was nasty. The floor by the urinals was wet and sticky. Once I finally got my order I walked over to fill my own cup of soda, the floor there was very dirty and sticky as well. When I got to my vehicle to eat my food, the fries had absolutely no salt on them and my quarter pine with cheese was a big mess. One of the patties was halfway off the bun and the cheese was halfway off in the other direction. The ketchup and mustard was all over the sides and the wrapper. The only thing that was decent was the drink that I did myself.

Of this location asks you to pull up and wait for your order decline because they will send you to a spot and forget about you and you will be waiting for 15 min to get your food until you decide you have waited long enough and have to go in to get it. Then they have the nerve to act surprised and offended because you have been waiting forever for your food.
