Melvin’s never disappoints! If in Elizabethtown Monday-Saturday 7am-5:30 pm, you MUST stop by Main Street for some quick and delicious burgers and hot dogs! The sweet tea and slaw are the best around town!

It has been a long time since I have been to such an efficient, delicious, friendly place. The food was absolutely fantastic it was the fastest I have ever received my food. In the time we were eating we watched people on their lunch break come in and get out under a minute. This place is a treasure and makes me feel great about small towns in North Carolina. Thank you Melvin's for being who you are.

I have been visiting Melvin's since 1984...the best burgers worldwide. I will not eat burgers anyplace else. My drive is 1 hour one-way and it is worth the monthly trip.
You can’t find a better burger at any price than at Melvin’s. There’s a reason there are people lined up outside the door every day waiting for a Melvin burger.

This has been a go to place most of my life (well since high school anyway). If I were to recommend a change it would be. Take out one or 1/2 a both to expand the area between the bench seat and the table. It would make it a little more comfortable for us hefty ppl ???

The staff was nice enough but the hot dog was boiled and tasteless with watered down Chilli and the burger was burnt and did not taste good at all, there was a crowd so maybe I missed something that said I will not be spending anymore money there.
