No 1 Chinese Restaurant

Food selection is lacking. Meat has spongy textures and odd flavors. Apps are greasy and cheap, no beef teriyaki or similar. Beef and chicken has a unusual texture that I juat can't get past. Very expensive for what you receive.

Lady at front counter had attitude, was snatching money and my card all because I had to pay two different ways. Food was uncook and pink. Didn’t give napkins or forks spoons or anything needed with meal.

Where are the "regular workers??" Terrible service & longer wait for food. They went from 10 min to 35-40 min wait on food;incorrect orders & the food doesn't taste good like it used too.

Spare ribs loaded with bones they were terrible. Waited 40 minutes and they didn’t get order correct, they sent 10 spring rolls not good at never again

Ignorant woman who gets your order. Sweet and sour chicken had no sweet and sour sauce so basically was stuck with soft mini chicken nuggets. She watched how many soy sauce packs I grabbed.

One of the wings in my order was rotten, my order was also missing items. When I returned to pick up my items I was accused of lying about what was in my bag. Customer service is terrible. I wouldn’t order from them again if it was the last Chinese restaurant on earth.

I really enjoyed the flavor of the food and I acknowledge the efforts of adding the extra ingredients i inquired and for that I am very grateful. I will order from here again. This was my first time ordering from this establishment and the only complaint is the delivery person left my order outside my door on a wet rainy ground to get sumerged in rain, very unprofessional and rude, the delivery person didnt ring the door bell didnt knock nothing, I only knew my order was left at my door from a text from the resturant informing delivery person informed them they left the food with me. I do not like that my food was left outside on a wet porch.
