Called in order and waited the 20 minutes they told me it would be, but then was told they did not have my order because computer had bumped it out of system..manager came to window and she was the nic est person you could ask for. She generally seemed sorry it had happened.. She went straight and got it finished..i did not write this to complain but to say things happen in life and there is still really nice and concerned people working with the public..thanks. this was Pizza Hut in Elizabethtown NC

Worst experience ever at a Pizza Hut! Had people come down with there kids from out of town. Ordered delivery and waited an hour and a half…called the up and the manager said I ordered pickup. Not true but anyway I said okay even after she said will be an additional $4. So we waited an additional hour and this is what was delivered (see pics) So I refused the pizza delivery and followed the delivery person who agreed that it was a bad order. It took me another hour arguing with the manager to correct the debacle. Poor management and service!!!! Not going there again.

Kinda gloomy need some renovations a good few ones an floor or carpet is a must carpet is sticky but the big new yorker has yet to disappoint but oddly call in an pick up is better with pizza an wings r better when dinning in
Parking: Parking lot is good an accessible with wheelchair ramps
Kid-friendliness: Has a buffet not sure if it has pizza but I know salad but do believe has a game or claw machine but only one I think an has a party room area not cut off front the rest of the restaurant for 12 or more people an they aren't very strict on noise level

I got delivery and food was great. Usually things from Pizza Hut are half made but my meal this time was fresh and hot. Customer service from Nathan was AMAZING! It was so amazing I got on here to write a review which is something I rarely do. Really pleased with him and my experience as a whole. Thank you Nathan!! I’ll be back bc of you!

I waited, 45 minutes for my three pizzas, no one else was in the store. A gentleman came in 15 minutes after us and was served his personal pan while they kept telling us for over thrity minutes, out pizzas were in the oven. Finally I asked for the bill to pay for our drinka and was told by our very rude waitress to just go Nd worry about it.
We came in for lunch for the buffet. The food at the buffet was hard and cold to the touch. The salad bar looked disgusting. The place looked so dark. The back of all the chairs looked very dirty as if they haven't been cleaned in months. For a pizza place right here in town for the community, I wish they paid attention to detail and at least have hot food for customers. We wouldnt mind giving them another shot. But if its the same way we won't return.

Absolutely GREAT pizzas, plus breadsticks and other great menu items! Service is enjoyable, restrooms are clean and maintained--a nice family restaurant! One small note: the dining room temperature is a little chilly, and I found that to be uncomfortable. Didn't detract at all from Pizza Hut's legendary pizzas!
