Only gave one star because I couldn't give lower. We went inside to eat. No sweetener for unsweetened tea. Cold pizza on buffet. No cheese or bacon bits on salad bar. Rude wait staff. Plastic forks... They couldn't even give you a real fork.

Ordered two personal pan pepperoni pizzas and one order of boneless wings online and was given an estimation of order being ready in 19 minutes, to be exact, per the website. Arrived at the Elizabethtown Pizza Hut well past the “ready time” per my email notification and was told by the drive thru associate to pull up to wait an additional “7 minutes” for an order of FOUR boneless wings. All this having happened after waiting in line for over five minutes. Two cars were pulled up ahead of me as well as the one behind me. It’s always something with this establishment when you go. I’m surprised it’s still standing because honestly Papa John’s and Marco’s Pizza are far better. Spend the gas and travel outside of town for quality pizza and better service. Furthermore, the inside and outside of the restaurant are all outdated and in need of a major upgrade.

I don’t know who worked tonight but they had a nasty attitude, i ordered from the app , as my app was loading it charged my card . Instead of the young lady explaining NICELY that it wasn’t in their database and that it never went through on their end ,she had a whole nasty attitude about it . If you don’t want to work don’t work, and on the phone too while working .So unprofessional

I only had a salad but hot pizza was brought out the whole time I was there. Server was very friendly.
Ordered my pizza online and paid for it at 12:11 PM April 25, 2025. I’ve been sitting at the window with three cars behind me for 20 minutes. They finally come to the window and tell me it’s gonna be 20 more minutes before my order is ready. I only get 30 minutes for lunch. I’m already late so I asked them to give me my money back. She walks away from the window comes back. Says we’re going to put it back on your credit card. I said that’s fine. Give me proof because you took back my receipt and I don’t have my food. Usually I don’t complain. I come here many times each time it gets worse but today takes the cake not happy at all. I like Pizza Hut pizza but the service is very poor.

Called in order and waited the 20 minutes they told me it would be, but then was told they did not have my order because computer had bumped it out of system..manager came to window and she was the nic est person you could ask for. She generally seemed sorry it had happened.. She went straight and got it finished..i did not write this to complain but to say things happen in life and there is still really nice and concerned people working with the public..thanks. this was Pizza Hut in Elizabethtown NC
