Went to order a sub and one of the associate told me, it would be 10 minutes before she could take my order. There were two associates making subs ( I am guessing a big order) one person could taken in store orders and the other make the subs ordered. Bad business for small town. This is my hometown and I was expecting better service. I walked out and I will not go back to that location ever again. Deserve no stars for bad customer Service

The food here has really gone downhill. Aside from them never (and I do mean never) answering their phone, the people behind the counter don’t change their gloves between orders and give a scowl and an eye roll when they’re asked to (allergies anyone?). Their tomatoes are often mushy/slimy and their wraps, which typically come in a standard flour tortilla now come in a flatbread simply folded in half. It’s really terrible. I used to be a bi weekly customer but it will be a long while before I decide to go back.

My husband and I went here to eat. Before we ordered I went to the bathroom to use it and wash my hands. When I came out to order my food the black lady with the attitude put a sign on the door saying bathroom for customers only. So I guess you have to get your food first before you use their facility. If you have to have an attitude then you don't need to work with the public.

I like my Subway meatball subs. This place is slow. One woman moves like a snail. Slow as in intentionally being slow. Probably just slack as hell.
I have ordered wraps before, very happy. Today, no cyber connection could be established! All I wanted was a chicken wrap. Now, I'm loathe to spend my money here.

Someti.es they don't listen to what you ask for on your sandwich especially when someone is picking it up for you. Several times my sandwich had been correct. There is only one person in that store that listens yo ehY I ask for.

Quite possibly the dumbest fast food employee I have encountered in Elizabeth town North Carolina short of going to the McDonald's this person couldn't make a simple sandwich at 1 point they dropped the knife on the floor and picked it up and continued using it I do not recommend this place
