Me and my sisters went here to get subs on the way to the lake and had the worst experience. customer service was awful, the two girls working did not seem like they wanted to be there. one kept rolling her eyes at us and sighing as we were ordering our food. my sister asked for extra cucumbers and she gave her TWO then proceeded. we also got a wrap and they didn’t heat up the bacon that was going on a wrap. and lastly i got a foot long sub, and was able to take all my toppings off and got it to fit in half of my sandwich. we were very nice and just kept trying to order so we can leave.

I don’t know what’s been going on with this subway recently but when we first moved here it was good but now we don’t even live 5 minutes away and everytime we get our food it is cold like it has been sitting for days, then recently we tried it again and not only was it super cold again we also got food poisoning and we were sick for 2 days (this was the only thing we had eaten) honestly will never eat here again…

We just had the worst experience at the Subway here in White Lake. The server took her time coming out of the back to wait on us first. Then, she washed her hands and as she SLOWLY walked over to the counter, she continuously kept playing with her long braids. She did, at least, put on gloves. She scowled and rolled her eyes at us through the entire process of ordering our subs. Once I started to place my order, she kept saying, you want a #13. We looked at the menu and there was NO NUMBER 13. I told her there’s no #13 up there on the menu. She rolled her eyes again. I told her…I just want to tell you what I want on the sub. Again, she rolled her eyes. On top of that, I couldn’t hear a word she was saying and had to ask her over and over again what she was saying. Finally, she allowed me to tell her what I wanted. Then, we had a Subway coupon and she said the register wouldn’t accept it. We told her, we had just used the same coupon and ordered the same two subs last week with no issues. She just shrugged her shoulders. I asked for the manager at this point..because she never offered to get the manager because of the problem we were having with the coupon. She slowly walked back into the back and the manager came out. She had on pajamas and a hoodie with the hoodie pulled up over her head. She was also terrible and acted like she really just wanted us to leave. She finally figured out the coupon and as we were leaving, I told her that their customer service SUCKED! The only response we got from her was, “ok”….

I went at lunch time so there were two other people in line in front of me. The wait was very short. I ordered one of the new sandwiches the pickleball club. I am so glad I did. I must say that was one of the best sandwiches I've had from Subway.
Kenzy and Alyssa did a great job with our catering menu last week. I called on 7:30 the day of our trip to White Lake and they were able to complete our three sandwich tray and cookie try in time for our lunch. We had plenty of fresh cut veggies and condiments for our subs. These ladies were friendly and provided excellent customer service.
